Space is king here with generous, light open-plan living spaces, a huge kitchen island for family-meal prep and both internal and external sofa and dining areas. Every bedroom has a stylish ensuite shower room offering families ultimate privacy and space. The infinity pool is on the second level down, separated from the villa’s terrace by a glass balcony while the villa itself is all on one level so parents can relax while little ones play. The Ibizan culinary scene is easily accessible, with local village restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity.

Why Kids Love it

With spacious accommodation all on one level there is plenty of room for kids to run and explore. The glass-fronted living spaces offer mesmerising views towards the sea as well as front row seats for those infamous Ibizan sunsets. The infinity pool and outdoor terraces with barbecue offer a private space for kids to have fun in, while for those seeking more high-energy activities there are cycling, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, tennis courts and hiking available close by. For water babies there are lagoons, coves and turquoise beaches to discover, all within a short drive of the villa.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. There is a €4000 per week security deposit charged to the guest’s credit card upon arrival and refunded in full subject to a damage inspection on departure. A Balearic eco tourist tax of €2.20 per guest per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each bedroom has USB charging points, safety deposit boxes, and hair dryers. There is private secure parking on site. Please note there is an ungated pool and younger children should be supervised around it. There are no bath tubs at this property. The host’s concierge team can help arrange a pre-arrival fridge stock, in-house chefs/catering, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers, wine-tasting upon request. Car hire is recommended to explore the island.

About the Location

Ibiza’s notorious club scene is world class but there’s a lot more to the island than its famous nightclubs with beautiful countryside, coastline and an eclectic range of culinary delights to explore. The villa sits in the tranquil foothills of Sa Talaia, the island’s highest mountain resulting in some spectacular views. It is a short walk from the traditional Ibizan village of San José with its charming palm-fringed houses and a wide choice of excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques as well as several supermarkets and patisseries. The closest beach is Cala Moli, a 13 minute drive away. The tennis courts at Viva Tennis Ibiza are 14 minutes’ drive while Golf Ibiza is 24 minutes. The airport is 11 minutes’ drive away.

Accommodation Details

This property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All on one level, guests enter straight into the bright and spacious open-plan living area with a generous sofa facing out to sea and large home cinema style TV for nights in. Set behind this is the indoor dining space and sleek, well-equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, juice maker and large island. On either side of the living area are 5 luxury bedrooms, 3 of which have sea views. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. The interior spaces lead seamlessly via glass doors to the terraces where there is outdoor seating and dining for 10, an infinity pool on the lower level accompanied by sun loungers and chic Mediterranean plant beds.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 12 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 12 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 12 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to make a booking (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of arrival). If you have paid a deposit, the final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Once this has been paid, it is non-refundable.
