Full of carefully crafted chill-out areas, including a theatrical snug and comfy outdoor seating lit up at night by hanging lanterns, there are plenty of cosy spaces to relax and unwind in peace – or together as a group. The flexible sleeping arrangements are particularly ideal for large family groups with bedrooms located within the main villa and also in cabins throughout the garden, 4 of which come with private ensuite bathrooms. The Finca has lots of dining options on offer, all with an exquisite countryside view – and for guests wanting to sample village life, close to home, charming San Carlos with its restaurants, bars and cafes is walking distance away.

Well set up for families, the Finca provides the perfect hillside retreat for kids with a sense of adventure and love of the outdoors. With spacious accommodation all on one level, except for 1 double bedroom, and several wild garden areas, there is plenty of space for kids to play and explore. The private outdoor pool, with its hillside views and hideaway feel will provide hours of fun while the Finca’s various nooks and chill-out areas are perfect for kids seeking downtime. The villa comes with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a barbecue, making it ideal for families who enjoy cooking together. San Carlos, a walk away, has market stalls, and local produce (as well as a playground), ideal for sampling and picking up ingredients for a family feast. For those seeking more adventure yet, the island has many activities on offer, including cycling, kayaking, stand-up-paddle boarding, tennis and hiking available. For beach loving kids, there are lagoons, coves and turquoise beaches all along the east coast, a short drive from the villa.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights. There is a €2000 security deposit to be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure subject to a damage inspection. There is a Balearic eco tourist tax of €2.20 per guest per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival. Please note that the end of stay clean is not included in the rental price and €350 is to be paid in cash on arrival to cover this. Please also note that there is an ungated pool and younger children should be supervised around it. Pool towels are not provided and guests are advised to bring their own. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available throughout the property. There is a dishwasher. There is private secure parking on site. The host’s concierge team can help arrange a pre-arrival fridge stock, in-house chefs/catering, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers upon request.
About the Location
Ibiza’s notorious club scene is world renowned but there’s a lot more to the island than its infamous nightclubs with beautiful countryside, coastline and a diverse culinary scene to explore. The Finca sits in a picturesque rural corner of Ibiza’s east coast, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and rolling hills. The delightful village of San Carlos is 400m from the Finca, and offers pretty tree-lined streets, charming cafes, bars, restaurants, markets and a taste of traditional island life. The pretty beaches of the east coast are a short car journey away – the sandy, sheltered and quiet cove of Cala Llenya, ideal for little paddlers and Santa Eulalia the third biggest resort in Ibiza, with plenty of water sports on offer are both just a 10 minute drive. There is a chic tree-lined boulevard here which leads to a marina with designer boutiques and bars which host chilled-out evenings. Guests can also find the Santa Eulalia Tennis Club nearby. Golf Ibiza is 18 minutes’ by car. The airport is a 30 minute drive.
Accommodation Details
The property has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms over 2 floors. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms in the main villa and 3 more in garden cabins across the estate. The Finca’s main entrance is on the ground floor via an ‘Ibicenco’ style covered patio with antique dining table and sofa. This leads into the entrance hall, with its terracotta stone floor and rustic wooden beams. From here you can access 2 of the bedrooms with doublesize beds, which share a family bathroom also on this floor. There is also a theatrical snug room with a large sofa and a TV. On this floor, guests can find a modern, fully-equipped kitchen in the central area of the house with all the mod cons, including a dishwasher and a beautiful wooden dining table with chandelier. Two sets of beautiful glass doors open onto a shaded balcony terrace with comfy seating on one side and to a traditional covered Ibizan patio with outdoor dining, barbecue and a sofa on the other. On the first floor is the primary bedroom with doublesize bed. The 3 garden cabins have doublesize beds, ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the garden. The beautiful gardens include a private outdoor pool surrounded by manicured lawns and tropical plants, a pool terrace with sun loungers and a Balinese style covered terrace alongside the pool area.

Old wooden beams, historic doors and handpicked furnishings combine with theatrical art, sculpture and lighting to create a unique home full of color and character. White washed walls and floor to ceiling glass windows and doors allow natural light to flood in, alongside the rolling countryside and garden views, with plenty of soft, comfy chill-out spots to curl up and soak them in from. We love the individually styled bedrooms which offer privacy and comfort, as well as a stylish place to retreat to when downtime is needed. For a swim with a view, the stone-carved outdoor pool offers the perfect spot to cool off in, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and enjoying some of the best views in the house of the rolling Mediterranean countryside beyond.
