This family-run, eco-luxe Spanish country estate with a large pool and beautiful gardens offers 4 gorgeous finca family suites. Each suite is available separately, sleeping up to 2 adults and 1 - 2 kids and is kitted out with the necessities for an easy stay. The resort offers a relaxed and laid-back island atmosphere between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis overlooking fields but is just 10 minutes’ drive from the bustle of Ibiza Town and its sandy beaches. Breakfast of fresh, seasonal produce is served 6 days a week at the poolside dining area or in your suite and in high season, dinner is offered multiple times a week – perhaps a finca garden grill or paella. The finca is ecologically conscious and powered entirely by solar energy, while water supply comes mainly from rainwater.

Why Kids Love it

Designed with families in mind, the Casa Terra Finca Suites approach is intimate but relaxed. From the beautiful gardens with shady reading corners, the generously sized swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and soccer pitch, there’s something for kids and parents to enjoy. Kids can respectfully pick ripe fruit from the on-site fruit orchard and explore the herb and vegetable garden. There’s an inviting living area in the main finca that’s open all day to relax or play games. Family-friendly Talamanca Beach is a short walk from Ibiza Town and has soft sand, clear waters and lots of places to eat.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 nights in July & August, 3 nights at other times. Price range is €275 - 550/night, please see individual listings for availability and rates. Safety notes: the resort's swimming pool is ungated and there is no lifeguard service so young children will require supervision. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm and pool towels are provided. Pets are not permitted. The rooms have air con, heating, a Nespresso machine and kettle, fridge, hairdryer and Grown Alchemist bathroom products. Colibri has a full-size kitchen and the other suites have kitchenettes aside from Buho, which has only a fridge, Nespresso and kettle. Baby equipment, a nanny service, laundry service and beach towels are available on request. There is parking and a charging point for electric / hybrid cars. An honesty bar in the dining room has a selection of wines, cava, local beers and soft drinks. All accommodations are for holiday purposes only. Professional photography, parties and weddings are not allowed. Additional guests beyond those agreed upon in the rental contract are not permitted. Suites can be accessed from 15:00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival; check-out time is 10:30 (10.30 am) on the day of departure. You are kindly requested to clean the suite before you leave (ie. no garbage and/or dirty dishes). The consumption of honesty bar, food and other additional services that are not included in the services described in the reservation confirmation will be billed directly to the guest, and paid in cash at the check out.

This finca is situated in the quiet countryside between Puig d'en Valls and San Rafael and only 10 minutes’ drive away from the Ibiza Town and its boutiques and beaches. You’ll be surrounded by olive groves, pine forests, rolling hills and fields and all the peace and quiet that this natural beauty brings. When you’re ready for some life, head into the capital of Ibiza. Walk along the ancient walls, visit the 16th-century Ibiza Cathedral, and get lost in the narrow, picturesque streets filled with shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Or hire a nanny and party all night at Pacha, the most iconic nightclub on the island.

Accommodation Details

The finca offers 4 family suites that all sleep up to 4. Suite 1: The Casa Terra Residence Colibri Suite (45m2) has a kingsize bedroom and 2 built-in single sofabeds in the living room, a full-size kitchen, dining room with traditional fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, and private terrace. Suite 2: The Casa Terra Paloma Suite (45m2) has a kingsize bedroom, double sofabed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, and private terrace. Suite 3: The Casa Terra Residence Halcon Suite has a kingsize bedroom, double sofabed, kitchenette, bathroom with a tub and rain shower and private terrace with sun loungers. Suite 4: The Casa Terra Residence Buho Suite (60m2) in the finca farmhouse has a kingsize bedroom with separate living room, large bathroom with shower & 2 sinks, and a separate queensize bedroom, kitchenette and private terrace. Shared outdoor space comprises a garden, soccer pitch and swimming pool.

Style Notes

Rustic charm. Dating back to 1532, the finca has undergone a full renovation. The suites are named after local birds. Stunning traditional Sabina wooden ceilings sit alongside contemporary design. Clean, minimalist lines and whitewashed walls capture classic Ibicenco architecture and décor. Textures abound with rattan lampshades, beautiful natural wood furniture and stone floors that are refreshingly cool under foot. Furnishings are comfortable with high-quality linens and locally sourced design. The beauty is in the simplicity. We love the eco-approach and living in harmony with nature; the stunning gardens with bougainvillea and palm trees, and the superb location; quiet yet close to the action.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation fees: 7 to 10 weeks prior to departure - 30% of the total cost. 4 to 6 weeks prior to departure - 50% of the total cost. 3 to O weeks prior to departure - 100% of the total cost. Because we are not responsible for flight schedules, cancellations and delays, we highly recommend taking additional travel and cancellation insurance.

Casa Terra Familia SL.. cannot be held liable for damage to personal belongings or injuries arisen on the property. In case, due to unforeseen circumstances, Casa Terra Familia SL.. is forced to cancel the booking, an equal accommodation wil be offered instead. fI this is not possible, Casa Terra Familia SL will refund the amount paid.
