Set within a resort, the residence offers families a relaxing vacation base with a private pool and a garden so the kids can explore safely while parents relax. Living areas are open plan style with panoramic views and floor to ceiling glass doors for easy inside/outside living. The primary bedroom is the perfect sanctuary with an ensuite bathroom and use of a separate dressing/yoga space for additional peace. Active families will be in their element with a golf course literally in the backyard and a pool at home. Nearby Cala Oliveira cove is something of a hidden gem with a relaxed restaurant, sandy beach, and fewer crowds even in high season. For those keen to explore further, Ibiza town is just over a 15-minute drive away with eclectic restaurants and a vibrant club scene.

Why Kids Love it

There’s plenty on offer for the kids at this Ibizan hideaway, from toys, books and games provided by the host to their own outdoor pool for hours of splash about fun. The pool area itself can be closed off with the patio doors so younger ones can play freely, and safely in the front yard. Inside there’s a smart TV with international channels for enjoying downtime with a latest series or a movie, and there’s a sonos sound system for those who enjoy setting the playlist. The kids’ room provides extra play space and has a fun canopy house bed, with a trundle for sleeping extra guests. There’s plenty of sport and activity on the doorstep, from golf courses with junior greens to the beach at Cala Oliveira cove which has plenty of sand for younger ones, and sheltered waters for more confident swimmers. For those seeking more adventure yet, the island has many activities on offer, including cycling, kayaking, stand-up-paddle boarding, tennis and hiking.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. The house is located within a quiet community with direct neighbors so guests must be respectful of this. The pool can be fenced with the patio doors so little ones can play safely in the front yard. There is a trundle bed in the kids’ bedroom with a safety roll which can be made up to accommodate an additional child. Ask the host about additional housekeeping services during your stay.

About the Location

The residence is located in Roca Llisa, a peaceful coastal neighborhood set between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia (both 18 minutes’ drive away) on Ibiza’s southeast coast. Ibiza’s club scene may be world famous but there’s a lot more to the island than its nightclubs with beautiful countryside, coastlines and a diverse culinary scene to explore. The nearest beach is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the residence – Cala Oliveira is a sandy cove with a beach restaurant and remains relatively quieter than other beaches even during peak season. The pretty beaches of the east coast are easily reachable by car – the sandy, sheltered and quiet cove of Cala Llenya, ideal for little paddlers is 29 minutes away, while Santa Eulalia the third biggest resort in Ibiza is a 17 minute drive with plenty of water sports on offer. Guests can also find the Santa Eulalia Tennis Club nearby. There are 2 golf courses in the local area. The airport is a 21-minute drive.

Accommodation Details

The residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set over 2 floors. On the ground floor the lay out is open plan in style with a contemporary living/dining area including a corner sofa, coffee table and a TV on one side, and a rustic dining table on the other, seating 6. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything a guest would expect including a coffee maker and an island seating 3. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The primary comes with an ensuite bathroom and a super kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a kingsize bed and the third bedroom is a kids’ room with a canopied double bed, and a trundle bed beneath sleeping a 3rd child. The second and third bedrooms share a separate bathroom. There is a small additional space set up as a dressing/ yoga room. Outside areas include a backyard terrace with a shaded pergola, sofa seating, and a pool area with a sun deck and loungers, as well as a small front yard terrace by the kitchen with a cross trainer.

Style Notes

Contemporary Ibiza. A chic, modern terrace with hideaway vibes and cool, calm interiors. Smooth concrete floors work alongside whitewashed walls, luxury textiles and contemporary furnishings allowing guests to relax in style. The sleek kitchen is a hang out space in itself with chic white cabinetry and an island with bar stool seating for cocktail hour, or casual breakfasts. Upstairs, wooden flooring, jute rugs and linens add warmth and character, with large picture windows for drawing in the views. We love the smart outside pool area, perfect for cooling dips or relaxing on one of its stylish sun loungers while soaking up the views.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
