A superb private villa on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia within walking distance of the town and the sea. It sleeps 16. This peaceful and serene home consists of 3 separate buildings with 8 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, plus 2 kitchens, so it’s ideal for 2 families traveling together or parents traveling with grandparents or a nanny. The extensive outdoor areas include several terraces on 2 levels, a large 16m x 5m swimming pool with diving-board, a barbecue, fish-pond and several chill-out areas, so you’ll never want to leave.

Why Kids Love it

Kids of all ages can enjoy a covered area with table tennis and table football, situated next to the Moroccan pool house. They’ll love the pool and older teens will like having their own space in one of the independent annex rooms. Although there are no toys or books for little children, this area is well-known for being a favorite for families. Santa Eulalia has the island’s first non-smoking beach, safe shallow waters, water sports and a pedestrianised walkway along the beach that’s perfect for strollers.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. Rates range from 9kEUR to 17kEUR per week, depending on the season. Rates do not include the end of stay cleaning fee (€650) or Tourist/Eco-tax. For bookings of 5 or more days there is a towel change only included. For bookings of 8 or more days there is also a bed linen change included. Check in: 4pm. Check out: 10am. The residence is spread over 3 buildings. The main house boasts an open-plan living area, dining room and TV lounge with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. The Pool House also has a spacious living area and chill out space, with music system, fridge and bathroom facilities, and the separate guest house also has a living area and kitchen.

About the Location

The house is located on the hills just outside Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5 minute walk along the coast where you will find a choice of bars and restaurants. Although car rental is not essential, it’s recommended to explore the island. The nearby town of Santa Eulalia is popular for families due to the plentiful restaurants, cafes and sandy beaches. Ibiza town is less than half an hour away by car, while the airport is roughly 35 minutes’ drive.

Main house first floor: the primary suite features a super kingsize bed, private bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, plus access to a large terrace. Bedroom 2 also has a super kingsize bed, private bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower and private terrace. Main house ground floor: Bedroom 3 has a large double bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the main entrance courtyard. Bedroom 4 has a super kingsize bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a self-contained private entrance, terrace, kingsize bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Casita: Bedroom 6 boasts a super kingsize bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to a terrace facing the garden and the sea. Bedroom 7 has a kingsize bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, bedroom 8 has a large double bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and large terrace with sea views.

Style Notes

Moroccan Med. This luxurious and well-maintained property is a joy to behold. Tropical gardens surround the beautiful 3 buildings, while typical Ibizan architecture, including traditional terracotta tiles and exposed stone walls, is combined with Moroccan elements for an exotic, global feel. A Moroccan style pool house and a relaxing Bali House are perfect for escaping the midday sun. We love the unique domed ceiling, the wooden cabinetry in the kitchen and the intricate tiling.
