Perks for the Parents

This beautiful 3-floor townhouse with a shared pool in the hip Santa Gertrudis oozes sophistication and is set up for family living. It sleeps 10 + 1. The house would be ideal for larger families or 2 families travelling together with 5 good-size bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms for the kids. Parents will enjoy the designer interiors – the primary bedroom has a luxury hotel vibe. Enjoy dinners together inside or outside in the tranquil, tropical garden. Work out on the Technogym home trainer, go for a dip in the pool or walk into the village and enjoy the many bars, restaurants and boutique shops.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will love the sleepover feel of the 2 bunk rooms and there is space to play in the garden. The communal pool is easily reached from the house and will occupy them for hours. Older kids will enjoy the space and privacy of the basement bedrooms and the TV and games room, as well as the freedom to walk into the village on their own. There is a playground in the village park with swings, slides and climbing. Look out for arts and crafts workshops for kids for them to try painting, pottery, or jewelry making. Or take a day trip to the beach – Santa Eulalia or Cala Llonga are sandy with calm waters.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights, preferably 1 month or longer. Safety notes: the house is gated and so are the internal stairs. A weekly clean is included in your stay with daily housekeeping available on request for an additional fee. Amenities include air con, fast fiber WiFi, a TV and a Technogym home trainer. Car hire is recommended to explore the island – there is parking for 1 car onsite. Taxis are also readily available. Bikes are available for guests to explore the village. A travel crib is available for a baby on request.

About the Location

You’ll be in the heart of the Santa Gertrudis, dubbed “Ibiza’s loveliest village” by Condé Nast Traveller for its charm, warm welcome and culinary delights. The house is situated in the middle of the village but is quiet and private, surrounded by a tropical garden. On the doorstep are restaurants, an ice-cream shop and great coffee – after a day on the beach, you won’t have to get back in the car. Santa Gertrudis is in the heart of the island so that getting anywhere never takes longer that 30 minutes. Fly into Ibiza Airport (IBZ)., about 12 miles away.

Accommodation Details

This 245m2 townhouse has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms arranged over 3 floors. On the main floor you’ll find an open plan living room and fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Access to the garden is from here where there’s an al fresco dining table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen and Big Green Egg BBQ. Upstairs are a primary queensize bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower, 2 kids’ bedrooms with bunkbeds (sleeping 4 in total) that share a family bathroom with a shower. In the basement there is a game / TV room with 1 double / full bed, a further bedroom with 1 double / full bed and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house is fully airconditioned.

Cool, calm contemporary. This stunning Ibizian townhouse has been newly renovated by the interior designer host, owner of the design studio Ibizian Interiors. You’ll find a carefully curated décor of soft, muted colors and natural textures that add to the tranquil atmosphere. Stone and wood are used to gorgeous effect. The garden has a circular table that’s perfect for al fresco feasts cooked on the Big Egg BBQ, surrounded by trees and shaded from the sun. We love the vintage Eames lounge chair as the living room center point; the relaxing primary bedroom with the contemporary bath tub; and the superb village location.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
