The villa’s set-up provides plenty of space for family groups to enjoy some peace when needed with a private pool area in addition to use of a communal pool on the estate, a cosy cinema room separate from the living area, a kitchenette in addition to the main kitchen, alfresco and interior dining options, a multi-purpose sun deck that can be set up for yoga or relaxing and outdoor sofa come chill-out zones directly outside bedrooms. There’s a barbecue and contemporary fully-equipped kitchen for laid back evenings in, while the welcoming local restaurants and bars of quaint Es Cubells are just a 15 minute walk away. For those seeking some livelier nightlife, larger San Jose and vibrant Ibiza town are a short drive.
Why Kids Love it

The villa itself is fenced and has its own outdoor pool where kids can splash in safety, while adults keep watch from nearby sun loungers. Guests also have access to a larger communal pool for more serious swimmers. Outside there are various sun decks and chill zones with bean bags, sofas and modern lounging chairs, as well as alfresco dining and a barbecue, perfect for family hangouts. Inside, kids have their own cinema room/snug where they can enjoy their own entertainment or curl up for a family movie night. Es Cubells, a short walk away is a laid-back local village with its own playground and sports centre which specializes in archery. For sports-loving kids, there are endless activities on offer locally including cycling and hiking trails, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and other watersports, as well as hidden swim coves and rocky lagoons to discover. For younger kids seeking sandy shores, Talamanca is a short drive away.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights. There is a €3000 security deposit to be transferred to the owner prior to arrival and refunded 2 weeks after departure subject to a damage inspection. There is a Balearic eco tourist tax of €2.20 per guest per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival. Please note that there is a working fireplace and an ungated pool and younger children should be supervised around it. The villa has a small private pool and access to a larger, communal pool on the estate. Pool and bath towels are provided. There are no bath tubs at the property. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available throughout. Car hire is recommended. Please note that there is 24-hour security at the premises. The host’s concierge team can help arrange a pre-arrival fridge stock, in-house chefs/catering, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers upon request.
About the Location
Ibiza’s notorious club scene is world famous but there’s a lot more to the island than its nightclubs with beautiful countryside, coastline and a diverse culinary scene to explore. The villa sits in the peaceful, untouristy setting of Es Cubells, a charming village with a white washed church, nestled between the sea and rural countryside. This exclusive stretch of coast offers the perfect Mediterranean getaway with cliffside villas offering unrivalled sea views. This villa is no exception, and is located in a gated community, a 15 minute walk away from Es Cubells village which offers a taste of local life, with restaurants specialising in home-cooked Ibicenco dishes and tapas. The larger Ibizan village of San José with its charming palm-fringed houses and wide choice of excellent restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets is a 15 minute drive away. The closest beaches are on the doorstep and are beautiful but rocky. For those seeking a sandy beach then Talamanca is recommended and is a 25-minute drive from the villa. The tennis courts at Viva Tennis Ibiza are 23 minutes’ drive while Golf Ibiza is 30 minutes. Ibiza airport is 19 minutes’ drive away.
Accommodation Details
The property has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms over 2 floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, flowing seamlessly into the villa’s main living spaces. There is an open plan living room with a modern kitchenette area, dining table for 6, modern fireplace for cooler days and large, comfy sofa with satellite TV which opens directly onto the terrace. The main kitchen is also on this floor – contemporary and fully-equipped with a breakfast bar, glamourous dining table area seating 10 and direct access to the outdoor patio. On this floor, guests will find a cinema room with large sofa and laid-back floor seating as well as a large TV. There is a ground floor bedroom with double size bed, ensuite with walk-in shower and access to a terrace with sun loungers. There is a guest bathroom on this floor. Upstairs leads to the remaining 4 bedrooms, all with doublesize beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and access to a terrace with sun loungers. All bedroom have sea views. Outside, the chic exterior space includes a large patio area and multi-level terrace, with covered areas, sun loungers and sofas. There is a private outdoor pool, with shaded sun terrace and a covered dining area with barbecue which steps down to an open sun deck with stylish circular chair sets.
