Check in: 4pm. Check out: 11am. Check in after midnight is subject to availability on request. No smoking, pets, events or parties allowed. No noise after 10pm. Please note due to the health issues involved, the swimming pool will be closed in this building (as of Summer 2022). The building does have underground parking and a communal gym.

The Armenian Quarter and the Western Wall are around 15 minutes away on foot. City Hall light rail station is 7 minutes’ walk. Ben Gurion airport is around 1 hour away by car or train.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The elegant living space features a TV/lounge area, dining table and open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4. This area also has access to the balcony with an outdoor dining table. All 3 bedrooms have queensize beds. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower; the second bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub.

Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. Self-check-in available. You can obtain and use Digital Keys to open the apartment. The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival at the apartment. You must complete an online check-in form before your stay.
