Parents with an eye for design and interiors will adore this gorgeous home, which has been tastefully decorated throughout yet maintains a relaxing and inviting mood for families. And for quiet family nights at home, the house has Netflix, Disney+ and other TV apps for movies in the super cozy TV room.

Why Kids Love it

Children will love the playful kids room, which has toys, books and cute bunk beds for siblings to share. There’s also a playhouse and a balancing rope run in the back yard for the warmer months and a 'secret' pink playroom off the entrance hall filled with puzzles, Duplo, toys and games for kids aged 1 to 7. Older kids and teens can take the separate rooms on the top floor, for a little extra space away from parents. The house is just a few steps away from the local park and playground, 5 minutes’ walk from an independent cinema and 15 minutes’ walk from a skate park for older kids and teens.

There is space to park 2 cars on the driveway but car rental is not essential in this area. The house has underfloor heating downstairs and a drying room plus washer/dryer for laundry. Accommodation Details

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. On the ground floor you’ll find a beautifully renovated living/dining/kitchen area, with a dining table for 6, an elegant island breakfast bar and cozy snug part-separated with shelving. The separate living room at the front boasts a large 72inch TV with Disney+, Netflix and Blueray connectivity. Upstairs on the first floor, there’s a primary bedroom with a kingsize bed, plus a children’s bedroom with a set of bunk beds. On the top floor, there are 2 spare guest rooms with queensize beds.

Style Notes

Mid-century elegance. The house blends subtle hints of retro with contemporary styling for a striking yet calming environment. Sophisticated walnut wood textures add warmth and depth throughout, matched with tactile wooden wall paneling and soft, patterned textiles. The contrasting contemporary black crittall-style doors and super luxe bathrooms bring a more modern, sleek touch. We love the terrazzo tiling in the bathroom, the hotel-style full length curtains in the primary bedroom and the unique curved steps in the entrance hall, inviting guests to explore the grand living space.
