Perks for the Parents

Parents will love this amazing location, close to family-friendly museums, Hyde Park, Knightsbridge and Chelsea. The Kensington High Street Farmers Market and a wealth of local artisan bakeries and delis will keep the kitchen well stocked, but there’s heaps of eateries around if you don’t want to cook. It’s a short walk to Kensington Palace or if you feel like leaving the luxury of Kensington for a moment, you can walk through Hyde Park to the vibrant streets of Notting Hill.

Why Kids Love it

While it doesn’t come with toys or books for little ones, most older kids or teens will love the 2 upstairs bedrooms in the loft, where they can share a floor without the grown-ups. It’s also in a fantastic area for kids: you couldn’t get much closer to Hyde Park (where kids will find great playgrounds, outdoor swimming pools and the Serpentine Gallery) and it’s also just a short walk to the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum.

Things to Know

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This homeowner does not accept toddlers or pets. This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator. There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space. This home has a narrower dishwasher than the normal size. About the Location

Located in a quiet cobbled mews street in Kensington, it’s close to popular shopping streets and famous cultural delights, and less than 10 minutes’ walk from Gloucester Road tube station, offering superb travel links to the rest of the city. Leafy Kensington is revered for its world-renowned museums, including the Natural History Museum and the V&A. Stroll across to Kensington High Street, home to many boutiques, designer stores, and eateries, or wander alongside tranquil Kensington Gardens to the majestic Royal Albert Hall, on the borders of Hyde Park.

Accommodation Details

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 4 floors. A modern kitchen with a light and airy dining space is located on the entrance level, while the spacious living room is found on the second level, with an oversized sectional and plush soft furnishings. There is also a neat work desk in the corner, for those who need to work. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: the first is on the third level and houses a super kingsize bed, plus an ensuite bathroom, while on the fourth floor there are 2 single bedrooms which share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Style Notes

Modern Mews. This cute townhouse feels traditionally ‘London’, with shuttered windows and a classic mews architectural style. We love the color-coded book shelves in the living room, adding pops of color to this neutral space, as well as the chic marble bathrooms and the all-white sleek kitchen.

50% non-refundable deposit collected at the time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, guests are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the hosts policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
