Why Kids Love it

Themed rooms are exciting for kids and include Finding Nemo, Shrek and Frozen. Tons of movies, games, books and soft toys are provided and a TV and Playstation are included in each bedroom. The Frozen-themed games room is a treat, with pool table, air hockey, foosball, Wii and Playstation. Best of all, the heated pool is hours of fun and sunshine in your own backyard. Strollers, booster seats, cribs, Bumbo, baby monitor and changing pad, among other gear, is provided for no extra fee. Please consult the host if you need anything extra.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 days for most of the year, 7 nights during peak dates. There is tax of 13.5% on the nightly rate and cleaning fee plus credit card processing fees for all stays. The house is laid out on a single level. Fast 200mbps WiFi plus a PC with printer available. There are TVs in all bedrooms, a 70-inch TV in the living area with Netflix, cable and a DVD library with 300+ titles, plus a 55 inch TV in the game room. The pool has a safety fence and alarmed doors and is heated during winter months. Housekeeping can be provided for daily service or a mid-stay clean. An airbed and a toddler bed may also be available.

About the Location

The residence is in Indian Creek, 4 miles south of Animal Kingdom. The quiet community includes 2 playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, putting green and outdoor fitness park. Dozens of family-friendly restaurants and shops are within a few minutes’ drive. Three large grocery stores nearby including Target, Publix and WalMart. Orlando International Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Car rental essential.

Accommodation Details

This home features a south-facing pool, spa and private patio, fully fenced and screened with mesh to keep bugs out and let sunshine and breezes through. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with nook seating 6, open living and dining with table seating 8, and 5 bedrooms with 3 kingsize beds and 4 twinsize beds. Four bathrooms are equipped with showers and bathtubs. The games room includes pool and air hockey tables. Cribs, sofa bed and air bed available.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

The choice is yours: with Walt Disney World Resort, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Epcot, SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios to choose from, you’ll certainly be busy. If you need a break, this central Florida area has fantastic wildlife tours including air boat trips across swamps to see gators in the wild, boat and kayak trips on Lake Toho and plenty of petting zoos for younger tots to visit.

wonderful magical stay! perfect house for vacation with our kids. Our 4 year old said "Let's go back to the house, it's more fun" after a day at Disney. Well stocked kitchen and a wonderful game room also and close to main attractions. We would love to stay here again!!

This was a perfect vacation rental for our 1,3,5, and 7 years old children. The kids had a great time in the pool. We really appreciated all the extra thought and care provided by the host. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were well prepared for our visit to Disneyworld.
