Perks for the Parents

This 4-bedroom home with a pool is 4½ miles west of Disney World with easy access to all the area’s theme parks. With spacious bedrooms and a kids bunk room sleeping up to 10 kids in 5 bunkbeds, it has plenty of space for a large family or families traveling together. Extras for parents include a laundry, pool, off-street parking for 2 cars, a games room with refrigerator and shared bathroom and a fenced back yard.

Why Kids Love it

The easy access to Disney makes a stay here with kids easy. Along with bedrooms to suit children - not just a large bunk room sleeping up to 6 but 2 further bedrooms with 2 double beds each - there is an air-conditioned games room with WiFi and TV and completely separate living area. The pool is a great place to play and relax and has an attached spa for 12.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 nights. There is a $45 per day charge for pool heating, and $55 per stay for use of the BBQ/Grill. Pet fees (dogs only) range based on breed and size and must be pre-approved by the host before booking. Please contact host for further details. There are child safety gates on the stairs and child safety features on the front door so that no child can leave the property without an adult. Children of all ages will need supervision around the pool and hot tub, which are not gated. A travel crib is available for babies on request.

About the Location

This residence is in the Lindfields area of Kissimmee, Florida, just 4½ miles west of Disney World. Lindfields has some of Kissimmee's finest and most expensive homes and is a quiet area. This sprawling, 3 neighborhood estate is a short drive from Epcot and all the Disney theme parks. It is approximately 30 minutes from Kissimmee and the same from Orlando. The closest major airport is Orlando International Airport, a 30-minute drive away. Car hire essential.

Accommodation Details

This 4 bed/2.5 bath house with pool measures 2,952 sq ft. Bedrooms include a master with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a kingsize bed and access to the pool lanai, a second bedroom with 2 full size beds, a third bedroom with 2 full size beds, and a fourth bedroom with 3 twin bunk beds sleeping up to 6. There is also a large open family room with room for Adult Pool Table and fireplace area, an eat-in kitchen and a converted garage games room with Theater 120” ROKU , 2 Bunk Bed Castle with play area sleeping for 4 more and Air Hockey Table 4. Outside space includes a private screened pool.

Style Notes

Modern comfort. The design is playful and contemporary with all new granite worktops, cabinetry and appliances in the kitchen. The kids rooms have playful designs plus toys for all ages and stuffed animals for sleep time. We love the great location and the fun pool, ideal after a day at the theme parks.

30% of the total cost of the stay will be taken on booking acceptance, with the balance payment being taken at 60 days before check in. If the check in date is 60 days or less before check in, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be taken on booking acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel up to 60 days before the check in date for a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made at 60 days or less before check in.
