The pool is an obvious draw; there is also a kid-friendly bedroom with 2 twin beds. A crib and high chair are available on request for free; there are also stair gates available and a pool fence can be installed. Consult with the host about your precise needs before arrival. The villa has a high chair, baby bath and a playpen for the younger children. When you want to spend time away from the beach, there is a TV with with Chromecast and an Apple TV with Youtube and Netflix, and Pink Elephant Waterpark is a 30-minute drive away.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 nights except 2 - 22 Feb, 14 April - 3 May and 15 Dec - 10 Jan where there is a 5 night minimum. Breakfast is included for free during your stay; lunch and dinner can be cooked on request during your stay for an additional fee. The hosts have a helpful guide to all their favorite places in the area. Safety notes: the pool is not fenced but can be by request; small children should be supervised in and around the pool and the terrace, which has some steps, and on the balcony. Near to the villa are golf clubs and restaurants, a Tesco Lotus Supermarket (15 minutes) and plenty of Family Mart convenience stores 5 minutes away. Car rental is highly recommended.

About the Location

The Calvie Residence is in the stunning hills of Chaweng Noi, known as the Beverly Hills of Koh Samui. The bars and restaurants of Chaweng and Lamai are only 10-15 minutes drive away. The hills adjacent to the villa feature the famous Jungle Club, and its highly-rated restaurant is only 5 minutes away; the Royal Samui Golf & Country Club is 5 minutes’ drive away (and visible from the pool deck) and the spectacular Santiburi Golf Club is also close by. Koh Samui airport is a 20-minute drive away; Central Shopping Center (Koh Samui’s premier shopping destination) is 15 minutes away.

Accommodation Details

The Calvie Residence is a modern and sophisticated 4-bedroom villa with infinity pool, set amid coconut plantations with panoramic views of the eastern coastline of Koh Samui island. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms, 3 with queensize beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have ensuite shower bathrooms (a baby bath is also available); some also open on to terraces and all have a view of the ocean. The living space opens to a pool terrace with lounging and dining areas.

The layout of this villa has been carefully considered to provide stunning views while bringing outdoor and indoor living seamlessly together across 346 m² of indoor-outdoor living space. Each of the 4 bedrooms has sea views so everyone can wake up and see the crystal blue water; the open plan living, dining and kitchen area boasts a bespoke sleek décor and each room has large floor-to-ceiling Sunflex glass doors for optimum views. We love the infinity pool and the playful photographs of lanterns and fireworks.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
