The quiet secluded beach is steps away, with shallow water and a coral reef offshore for snorkelling. Paddleboarding and canoeing is also fun nearby. The children’s room is furthest away from the poolside, providing extra safety for young ones, and is designed as a dormitory with 2 built-in bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 children. It has a spacious play area with a cozy snug filled with cushions, perfect for down time whilst watching movies and playing games. Paddle boards and pool toys are provided.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 days. Rates listed reflect the villa as booked with 6 bedrooms; it can also be booked as a 5-bedroom or 4-bedroom property. Rates start at $1100 per night for a 4-bedroom villa. Please enquire for accurate rates. The villa is fully staffed with a villa manager, chef, onsite nanny service and more included. Breakfast is included; the chef tailors menus to suit. The in-villa spa service includes treatments that can take place on the deck, beach, or bedroom. A driver is on hand to help with excursions or grocery shopping. The pools are not gated and the property is right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach; those with toddlers and young children may need to be vigilant. There are breakables and antiques in the property that should be moved out of the reach of young children. The best time to visit Koh Samui is mid December-early September, October and November are the rainiest months on Koh Samui: January to April are the driest and sunniest months. The villa is available for weddings. Two extra single beds can be added on request.

About the Location

The villa is on Laem Sor bay in the south of Koh Samui. Away from the busy tourist areas, it has white sand beaches and clear water fringed by coconut plantations. Nearby activities include yoga at the Samahita Retreat, visits to the Laem Sor Pagoda and day trips to Koh Tan and Koh Matsum islands. A short drive away, guests can enjoy waterfalls, elephant rides and local village culture. Guests can rent long-tail boats from Tong Krut to explore offshore islands and colourful reefs. Lamai is further away but can offer guests looking for a change in tempo, boutiques, restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Samui airport is a 50-minute drive away.

Accommodation Details

This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is set across 1 open plan level and includes gardens and 2 swimming pools. Each bedroom is ensuite and is set out in a separate bedroom pavilion. The master poolside pavilion includes a kingsize bed and large sofa seating area plus TV, and a bathroom with double shower and tub. It opens to a private back garden and deck. Four further bedrooms have a kingsize bed and the kids bedroom has 2 bunk beds. One of the adult bedrooms has an adjoining door to the children’s bedroom. Shared spaces include a kitchen and dining areas, indoor and outdoor lounge spaces and gardens.

Beachfront heaven. This contemporary beach villa includes cutting-edge architecture and impeccable interior design in a private beachside retreat. With views of Koh Tan and breathtaking sunset vistas over the mainland, it is in an exceptional setting. The open plan design, high vaulted ceilings and indoor-outdoor design make a stay easy. Bedrooms are spacious and luxurious throughout; the garden is simple but exotic with live orchids on palm trees and jasmine and frangipani to scent the air. We love the luxurious master bathroom, the thoughtful services and the relaxing spaces with a view of the ocean.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
No refunds are allowed for cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival. * For Intermediate, High and Promotional Season bookings: If the booking is cancelled, all payments made will be converted to a travel credit by the host and can be used to book a stay at any of their properties within 9 months of the cancellation date. * For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year: If the booking is cancelled, all payments are non-refundable unless the cancelled dates are rebooked by another party. * Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and no refunds are permitted.

Kids are welcomed everywhere with wide grins on Koh Samui. From white sand beaches and clear water to boat trip to Ang Thong Marine Park, kayaking, snorkelling and scuba lessons for older kids, there is plenty to do in and around the sea to keep everyone entertained. Excellent location, with efficient, friendly and helpful staff. The catering arrangements were very satisfactory, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The one minor negative was the width of the swimming pool especially when there are younger children around. They tend to be boisterous and relaxed, but the narrow ledge on the beach side of the pool and the drop down from there to the beach made for some tense moments. That said, no one got into difficulties so it did not become an issue.
