Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 nights, with the exception of Chinese New Year, Easter, Christmas and New Year when it’s 4 nights. Children will require supervision around the pool. There are ungated internal stairs. Rates include continental breakfast and in-villa staff with an English villa manager and full time Thai chef service (cost of food and provisioning is on guests’ account). Menus are available and special dietary requirements or menu items can be organized in advance or on site. Complimentary airport transfer for 8 passengers on the basis of 1 return trip is provided. Villa Asi provides cribs free of charge on request.

About the Location

Villa Asi is located on Koh Samui, about 5 km from Chaweng and 10 km from Samui International Airport. A free airport shuttle is available. The villa is nestled on a hillside but is close to waterfalls, elephant experiences, local villages and some beautiful beaches. The nearby Chaweng beach offers a wide range of water sports in warm waters including scuba diving, SUP-ing, windsurfing, jet skiing, kayaking, and sailing. The must-see Big Buddha in Wat Phra Yai is approx. 20 minutes by taxi. You can also hike – jungle trails can take you to the scenic Na Muang Waterfalls, the Hin Lad Waterfall, and the magical Buddha Garden – or take a day trip by boat to one of the many surrounding islands in the Ang Thong National Marine Park.

Villa Asi has 6 ensuite master bedrooms – all have super kingsize beds, TV with streaming services incl. Netflix and AC. Several bedrooms also come with a private balcony with outdoor furniture, walk-in closet, safety box and a sofabed. The villa is arranged as a stunning split-level complex. An open plan living space comprises a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room. The well-equipped kitchen is serviced by a chef, and the shaded alfresco dining area (seating 12) and gas BBQ area are ideal for sundowners and meals under the stars. A 2-level infinity pool has a cascading waterfall and surrounding chill zones. There is also a fully-equipped gym including free weights and a running machine.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
No refunds are allowed for cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival. * For Intermediate, High and Promotional Season bookings: If the booking is cancelled, all payments made will be converted to a travel credit by the host and can be used to book a stay at any of their properties within 9 months of the cancellation date. * For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year: If the booking is cancelled, all payments are non-refundable unless the cancelled dates are rebooked by another party. * Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and no refunds are permitted.
