Modern eclectic. The apartment is very bright and colorful with lots of plants and quirky touches. Outdoor plants have an automatic watering system in the summer, so they do not require maintenance but are always looking grand. Inside, there are wooden floors and the main open plan living space is inviting, with beautiful lights, a modern dining table and space to play. You can’t escape the plants in either bathroom, where they drape over the shower and around the bath with a tropical feel. We love the personality and warmth of this lovely home.

Kreuzberg, Berlin
East meets west
Known affectionately as 'X-Burg' or 'Kleine Istanbul' by the locals, Kreuzberg straddles what was once the line between East and West Berlin. With eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, dramatic street art and nightlife, it’s a vibrant place to stay. Haggle at an authentic Turkish bazaar, explore the many excellent restaurants and shops along trendy Bergmannstrasse and Oranienstrasse, or pack a picnic and take in live music at Görlitzer Park.
