About the Location

Located a 10-minute walk north of Bairro Alto in central Lisbon, the apartment complex is just a couple of minutes walk to the main shopping and restaurants streets. Lisbon airport is a 20-minute drive away. Car rental may not be essential in this area. There is a park a 5-minute walk away, a pharmacy on the corner of the street and multiple restaurants and shops a few streets away.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

And so we decided to respond to the demand with beautifully decorated yet comfortable beach apartments, with exclusive services that no other vacation rental in the area could provide. We had a fantastic stay at The OnJ St. Lazaro Apart-Hotel. The property is in a good location and a very easy base camp to explore all that Lisbon has to offer. The property itself is immaculately clean and comfortable. There are a number of different rooms that can cater for families and the hotel can provide cribs on request. The kitchenette is very handy if you needed to prepare a light meal for the kids, but there are plenty of food places nearby also. It was 30C+ during our stay, but the rooms have AC which was very much needed. Some toys can be provided on request. There is a cute little bar area at the rear of the property with a small raised fish pond. It wasn't a hazard as there were kids playing in the bar area without any issue - it's just a point to note. There is a bar menu with kids options. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating and are always on hand to help with any requests. Lisbon is a buzzy city - many of the attractions are within walking distance - the Aquarium, Natural History Museum, Kidzania. You must try and see Torre de Belem, Jeronimos Monastery and the Castelo de S Jorge. Kids love the hop on-hop off famous yellow trams that ride through the city. And if you have enough time, it’s worthwhile taking a day trip to Sintra. If you want to be near the water, there are some excellent beaches about a 25 min car ride away that it seems only locals know about?! The city has a bike hire scheme called 'Gira' and you just need to download an app to your phone and away you go. Eating out is easy - there are so many easy food places around, and kids are very welcome everywhere. A ‘must-visit’ is the Time Out Market which is a traditional market/food court and has every possible cuisine you can think of. There's a kids playground just outside the Market.
