Well-set up for a family stay, the residence has a spacious primary bedroom with a separate, additional bathroom so parents can enjoy some space of their own. There’s a sociable, open plan living/dining room and a spacious balcony for alfresco dining with riverside views. With several parks and playgrounds on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for kids to play and let off steam while trendy local restaurants and cafes offer parents a place to relax. With a train stop just minutes’ walk away, exploring the wider city is a breeze.

Why Kids Love it

Kids have plenty of space in the residence’s large, sociable living area with toys, games and a mini table and chair set ideal for relaxed meals or crafting. The kids’ bedroom has a fun toe-to-toe set up with 4 singlesize beds and room to play. A crib, a highchair and a baby bath can be provided on request. Local playgrounds and riverside parks are a short walk away, and there’s cycle hire and sailing nearby. Lisbon’s Park of Nations district is a short 5 minute drive or 25 minute river stroll away and is home to the city's Oceanarium, Water Gardens, Science museum, Pavilion of Knowledge, and the famous cable car, providing something for kids of every age.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 nights. The residence is on the 11th floor of a safe, secure apartment building with a key-operated elevator. The apartment is all on one level so ideal for toddlers. Please note that there is a balcony with a glass balustrade, but younger kids should be supervised when in use. There is a garage with car parking available in the apartment building. Please note that the pool in the building is for residents only. There is a washing machine and dryer, plus ironing board and iron. The apartment has WiFi and air conditioning. No pets allowed.

About the Location

This residence is in the trendy neighborhood of Braço de Prata on the banks of the river Tagus, with a variety of restaurants, cafes and cultural offerings on the doorstep. The Fabrica Braço de Prata, a munitions factory turned arts venue hosts regular music concerts and art exhibitions, a 4 minute walk away. The waterside is 5 minutes' walk with several children’s play parks and riverside walks/cycle paths. A 25-minute walk, or 5 minute drive will take you to the neighboring Park of Nations district - a contemporary cultural hub which underwent significant urban renewal in the wake of the World Expo. The city's Oceanarium, Science museums and cable car can be found here. The closest train station to the residence is Braço de Prata, just 3 minutes’ walk with frequent trains to the city center. Lisbon’s international airport is 15 minutes by car.

Accommodation Details

The residence has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 1 floor. There is a large open-plan living room/diner with a dining table seating 8, a kids’ table seating 4, and a sofa area. There is access to the balcony, with 2 deckchairs, a dining table seating 6 and riverside views, from the living area via glass doors. On the other side of the room is a fully-equipped kitchen partly screened by a bookshelf for some separation, with a dishwasher, double oven and island with breakfast bar seating. The primary bedroom has a doublesize bed, a television and its own separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kids’ bedroom has 4 singlesize beds (2 trundles). There is a separate family bathroom with a bathtub and an additional cloakroom for convenience.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
