Perks for the Parents

This clean and simple family apartment is well set up for a family stay, 20 minutes from Johor Bahru and 15 minutes from Singapore, and is close to Legoland, Hello Kitty Town and other local theme parks. It has a dry and wet kitchen and a family-sized dining area, with 1 high chair suitable for babies 6 months to 3 years. One bedroom is converted to a kids/children playroom. A study table and chair is included.

Why Kids Love it

The residence has plenty of toys for kids under 10 and is a great family space with a living room and balcony plus optional playroom, which can alternatively be used as a third bedroom. There is a shared swimming pool, playroom and outdoor playground as part of the apartment complex. It is well located for visiting the many theme parks nearby - from Sanrio Hello Kitty Town to Malaysia LegoLand and Pinewood Studios Malaysia. The entire apartment is bright and cheery. High chair, baby bathtub and kids' stroller are included. Crib can be provided on request (subject to availability). Please request on booking.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 days. The apartment unit is on a low level floor with access card entry only from the lift lobby. It is in a gated and guarded complex. There is an ungated swimming pool without lifeguard. The apartment complex also has a jacuzzi, gym, kids playroom and outdoor playground. Washer, dryer and washing detergent is provided. WiFi is provided. Car rental is recommended. There is no bathtub but a baby bath can be provided.

About the Location

The apartment is in the far south of Malaysia, 15 minutes' drive from the border with Singapore in the exclusive neighborhood of East Ledang in Nusajaya. It is 2-5 minutes drive to EduCity, Pinewood Studios Malaysia, Legoland theme park, Legoland Hotel, Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park (Sanrio Hello Kitty Land). It is 25-30 minutes drive to Johor Premium Outlets (JPO). Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) and Universal Studios Singapore are just over an hour’s drive away. The Anjung neighborhood centre with large Mydin supermarket, pharmacy and 2 food courts (includes a 24-hour food court) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Singapore Changi Airport is an hour’s drive away.

Accommodation Details

This 3-bedroom apartment has a master bedroom with queensize bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The third bedroom is converted to a kids/children playroom. There is a lounge and a compact family kitchen and a study table and chair is also included. The family bathroom has a shower. There are shared condo facilities including a pool, jacuzzi, gym, kids playroom, outdoor playground and covered parking lot.

Style Notes

Bright, light and modern apartment in a guarded and gated premises. The apartment has white walls and white flooring and is contemporary and sleek in style. We love the monochrome style, the cool, pared-back bedroom design, and the family dining area with views of the gardens.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
