This luxury finca or ‘farmhouse’ offers grandly styled interiors in a secluded rustic setting, with masses of space for all the family to play, relax and explore as much as they desire, without ever leaving the property. It sleeps 8 + 2. Surrounded by the peaceful meadows of Santa Margalida, this villa is perfect for 1 large family or 2 family groups with large fenced gardens, and flexible sleeping arrangements, including bedrooms with kingsize beds and private ensuite bathrooms. There’s lots on offer to keep adults occupied while the kids are entertained elsewhere, with the large garden offering uninterrupted sunbathing all day. The large private swimming pool and terrace area has a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, day beds, sun loungers, Hi-Fi music system and al fresco dining table so adults can relax with a perfect view of the pool for those supervising younger family members. The charming village of Santa Margalida is a short car journey or 25 minute walk away and has shops, cafes and restaurants as well as a weekly market known for its fresh, local produce.

Kids will love having the run of the of this spacious countryside residence, packed full of indoor and outdoor games to keep them entertained. There’s ping pong and pool/snooker tables; football goal posts; darts; mini indoor tennis; board games; cinema room with Netflix, smart TV, DVD and Xbox; and a large outdoor swimming pool. The pool area doubles up as a sociable al fresco dining spot with Hi-Fi music players and both coal and gas barbecues, perfect for hungry kids in need of fast-cooking options. Cribs and highchairs are available on request and there are plastic cutlery/plates provided for smaller children. For adventurous kids, there’s go-karting, horse-trekking, waterparks and beaches with clear, shallow waters - and watersports - a short drive away.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights, other durations considered on request. There is a charge of €1,000 to be paid directly to the owner on arrival which will be refunded in full 48h after departure, subject to a damage inspection. There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per guest per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival to the host. Bath and pool towels are provided. There is air conditioning, and heating for colder months. There is WiFi available throughout the property. Please note there is an ungated pool and younger children should be supervised around it. The jacuzzi is heated between the months of mid-September to April. There is a 1 bedroom casita with bathroom/kitchenette also available on the premises but not included in the rental costs; if additional space is required, you can reserve the casita prior to arrival at an extra cost. The host’s concierge team can help arrange a pre-arrival fridge stock, in-house chefs/catering, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers upon request. Car hire is essential due to the countryside location. There is private parking on-site.
About the Location
The villa sits in Mallorca’s northern plains, about 5 minutes’ drive from Santa Margalida - a historic town with Roman heritage, a famous church and charming tree-lined boulevards and squares. Fresh local produce from neighbouring farms can be purchased at the weekly local market. When beach life beckons, the Finca is about a 15 minute drive from the long sandy beaches of Playas De Muro (13km) and the Son Serra De Marina. The charming town of Pollensa, much loved for its mountain setting, hill top monastery and stylish cafes, shops and restaurants is a 30 minute drive. Horse trekking at Rancho Grande Mallorca is 14 minutes’ drive; tennis courts can be found at club tennis Sineu 15 minutes’ drive away and the club de golf Alcanada is a 30 minute drive. Palma, Mallorca’s capital is a 45 minute car journey. Guests can hop on the Palma to Sóller vintage wooden train from the Ferrocarril station in Palma – a popular ride with adults and kids alike. Palma de Mallorca airport is 45 minutes’ away by car.
Accommodation Details
The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the main stone entrance hall leading to the airy open plan living room/ dining room with its arched windows, comfy corner sofa, TV and large dining 12-seater dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen is accessible via an open archway and has a breakfast bar and door leading directly on to the covered terrace with alfresco dining table, barbecue and egg swing chair. There is a ground floor bedroom on this floor (accessible from the kitchen or its own garden door) with 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room. The grand main staircase is situated in the entrance hall. Leading up 4 steps, guests will find a fully-equipped gym with direct access to the pool terrace via garden doors. Travelling further upstairs takes guests to the first floor where the landing leads straight through two archways to a dining area with a table for a 8 and an adjoining cinema space with DVD, CD player, Netflix and Xbox and direct access onto the first floor terrace. Along the corridor guests can find a family bathroom with bath tub and double sink, followed by 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds. A small set of stairs takes guests to the primary bedroom with its kingsize bed and ensuite shower. For guests requiring additional space for 2, there’s a separate Casita in the grounds with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and ensuite shower. The extensive exterior grounds include a 12 x 5 m saltwater swimming pool, a terrace with day beds and sun loungers, a shaded dining area, barbecue, a large patio and garden area, and an outdoor shower and WC.

Modern rustic with splashes of ranch-style grandeur. Nestled amongst Mallorca’s peaceful northern plains, this Finca exudes relaxed country charm inside and out. The interiors draw on traditional Mallorcan style with arched doorways and windows, natural woods and Balearic Marés sandstone used to create light, airy spaces. The entrance hall has a grand staircase which connects the various zones of the Finca together and the open plan nature of the bright living spaces, accessed by generous archways, creates a welcoming, sociable atmosphere. Mallorcan stone is used in the downstairs living room to echo the countryside setting while upstairs the mosaic tiled family bathroom compliments the natural, neutral tones that run through the rest of the house. We love the 2 interior living/entertainment rooms offering kids and adults their own separate space to unwind and enjoy some downtime. While the pool area provides the perfect place to gather together with its luxurious shaded dining area, sound systems, day beds and jacuzzi, all with magnificent countryside views.
