This luxurious family-friendly villa offers privacy, a fenced pool, a children’s play area and stunning mountain views. It sleeps up to 8. Just outside the beautiful village of Pollença and nestled at the feet of the Serra de Tramuntana, this is an ideal location for enjoying quiet relaxation, while being close to restaurants, historic interest and the coast. The first-floor terrace has an outdoor gym with an exercise bike and other equipment, complete with views. Bedrooms are luxurious and there’s a covered terrace with a large dining table for al fresco feasts with friends and family.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will love the large, colorful gardens that has a play area with swings (including a toddler swing) and a trampoline. There’s also the large private pool to splash in that has a removeable fence for children that can be set up on request. Nearby Pollença has plenty of kid-friendly restaurants, 2 playgrounds and ice cream shops, plus the MarAventura Inflatable Waterpark – an inflatable assault course out in the bay. Kids (4 and up) are equipped with life jackets and there’s a life guard on duty. Alternatively, you can catch the ferry from Pollenca to Formentor Beach for a fun day out or drive further afield for water parks.

About the Location

The villa is located 6km outside the picturesque village of Pollença in Northern Mallorca, The Balearic Isles. Pollença has honey-colored stone buildings and narrow streets filled with boutiques cafés, restaurants and bars. Its historic charm has drawn writers and luminaries over the years from Winston Churchill to Agatha Christie. Top on your to-do list here is climbing the 365 steps from the town center to the 18th century hilltop chapel Església del Calvar. This is worlds away from the package holiday destinations found elsewhere on the island. Port de Pollença is the nearest beach and about 9km (10 mins) away by car. Fly into Mallorca airport where you can hire a car and drive the 50 minutes to the villa.

Accommodation Details

This villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 1 service room. On the ground floor is 1 queensize bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor is a living room with a woodburning fireplace, sofas, floor cushion, TV and access to the garden and pool area. Open plan to the living room is a formal dining room seating 6. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a table seating 4, plus a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs on the first floor is an outdoor gym on the terrace, 1 queensize master suite with an ensuite bathroom; 1 kids’ bedroom with 2 twin / single bed and 1 service room with a queensize bed that share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. Outside is a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, a terrace with dining for up to 12, a covered terrace with comfy seating, a charcoal BBQ and a play area.

Style Notes

Rustic Spanish countryside home meets modern luxury. This spacious home is great for a larger family or 2 families travelling together. Inside are neutral contemporary spaces furnished with designer furniture and high-end electronics. The spacious open-plan concept and numerous doors to the terrace creates a free-flowing social environment that’s great for entertaining. Outside is the real jewel in the crown with the covered terraces decked with comfortable outdoor seating for reading, relaxing or eating and a generous pool area set in large well-maintained gardens. We love the rustic wood outdoor table and rattan chairs on the terrace, the luxurious interior spaces and the endless views of the mountains at every turn.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
