Set at the foot of the dramatic La Font hills, this luxurious and peaceful villa is just a short walk from the popular town of Pollensa in Mallorca. It sleeps 10. Ideal for a large family or 2 families to share, this home offers a beautiful outdoor dining space where parents can cook on the grill and host family meals on the spectacular terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are 2 separate living areas, as well as multiple lounging spaces outdoors, so everyone can have their own privacy during their stay.
Why Kids Love it
This is a fantastic home for families, with plenty to entertain kids of all ages. The garden boasts a 15-meter saltwater heated swimming pool (with electric pool-cover for safety) as well as a ping pong table, soccer goal, basketball hoop and trampoline. They’ll love playing in the snug - a dedicated space for kids or teens to hang out that features a 50" UHD 4K TV, streaming UK TV, Blu-ray player, tons of films, stacks of board games and puzzles (for all ages), a selection of books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a pool/snooker table that flips over into an air-hockey table.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights. Rates range from 3600EUR to 9200EUR per week. Check in: 4pm. Check out: 10am. For stays of 7 nights, end-of-stay housekeeping is included. For stays of longer than 7 nights, there will be one full weekly clean inside and out, including a change of towels and bed linen. A gardener visits once a week and the pool cleaner visits up to 3-4 times a week in peak season. The house has high-speed internet throughout the house and into the gardens. The building has air conditioning and central heating and is secured by a monitored security alarm. The hosts provide a welcome pack, management service 24/7 and Elemis bathroom toiletries. Additional costs: pool heating (80EUR per day on request) and mid-week cleaning and/or linen change.
About the Location
The villa sits at the foot of the stunning UNESCO Tramuntana mountains, in the quiet highly sought after area of La Font, Pollensa. This area in the North East of the island is a 50-minute drive from Palma airport, just a short walk from Pollensa town (where you’ll find restaurants, notable historical landmarks and a museum) and a 10-minute drive to the bustling resort of Port de Pollenca, for stunning beaches, a beautiful harbor, restaurants, bars and shopping. Pollensa is a historic and picturesque town with restaurants, notable landmarks and a museum. Take a drive up to the scenic spots of Es Colomer and Formentor for deserted coves and spectacular views over the water.
Accommodation Details
The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, set over 2 floors. You enter to a large hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, self-contained utility room and private snug/playroom. The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American style fridge freezer and a separate sink/drainer. Downstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms, while upstairs leads to 3 more bedrooms; all of which have black-out blinds, plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and draws. There are 2 primary suites (one on each floor) with super kingsize beds, plus a further super kingsize guest room upstairs. The 2 twin rooms can be joined together to create 2 double rooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own balconies, all of which offer stunning views of the surrounding area.
Style Notes
White and light. This relaxing, calming home has been decorated with neutral white tones in a simple Balearic style for the ultimate feeling of barefoot luxury. In the South East corner of the garden, you'll find a large relaxing Bali-bed and Hammock areas surrounded with exotic tropical plants, a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons and watch the sun go down over the mountains. We love the seamless integrated white kitchen cabinetry, the London-themed artwork in the snug and that super glamorous spiral staircase.
