Style Notes
Old West retreat. This 5-acre residence was once a horse ranch but has been remodeled to bring it firmly into the 21st century. There’s a white high-gloss and gray contemporary kitchen with reclaimed wood shelves, a vintage drinks trolley and leather arm chairs. We love the bathroom sink that was hand carved from an antique butcher’s block; the handmade iron scones over the fireplace, and the huge mirror in the diner. Not forgetting, the breathtaking mountains of Yosemite are under an hour away.
