Old West retreat. This 5-acre residence was once a horse ranch but has been remodeled to bring it firmly into the 21st century. There’s a white high-gloss and gray contemporary kitchen with reclaimed wood shelves, a vintage drinks trolley and leather arm chairs. We love the bathroom sink that was hand carved from an antique butcher’s block; the handmade iron scones over the fireplace, and the huge mirror in the diner. Like many, I fell in love with Yosemite as a kid. As an adult, after my first backpacking trip up Half Dome, I just knew I needed to connect even more with this magical place. Thus our home purchase. We put our hearts & souls into the design and layout of our home. Now, with 2 young kids, we all get to enjoy the wonders of Yosemite year round. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do, and we hope Yosemite's magic moves you to the core.

This place was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. If I listed everything I loved about it, I'd go over the word-count. The location was perfect--a beautiful drive to the entrance to Yosemite. The property was a site to see all by itself. It overlooks an incredible wooded valley. The picture of my spouse and I sipping wine while my son enjoyed the tree swing looked so perfect it appeared photoshopped! The kitchen is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal, and impeccably organized. Our kids love the playroom and outdoor toys; they had so much fun and were so occupied that I was actually able to enjoy that glass of wine. :) And the hot tub was AMAZING. After a long day of hiking with a toddler in a backpack, we were able to unwind after the kids' bedtime under the stars. This was hands down one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. We would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. The house itself was a destination for these city dwellers who needed space to spread out and relax. Comfortable all around. Lots of fun things to do in the area, in Mariposa, Yosemite, and just in the neighborhood.

The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do this space justice, it was one of the most relaxing trips of my life with two kids in tow by myself during a very stressful time. The house is well equipped for kids and grown ups alike, the furnishings classy and comfortable. The view will take your breath away and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. I cannot wait to stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had a great time at the Mariposa Residence. The area was quiet and peaceful and our kids loved the swing, hammock, and outside riding toys. Leaving early gets you to Yosemite before the crowds and we were lucky enough to see amazing spring wildflowers covering the hillsides on the way. My favorite moment was taking a dip in the hot tub after a hike, but my kids would probably tell you that seeing all of the local wild turkeys was the best part!

Anh's place was the perfect long weekend getaway for our little family. The house was spotless, and Ahn was thoughtful in her welcome kit. The toys were a hit for our 3.5 year old (especially the kids drum set and swing)! We'll definitely book this spot again next time we're heading to Yosemite for a long weekend.

We rented this house for a long weekend getaway for my husband's birthday with another family. In total there were two 3yr olds and one 8yr old, it was perfect for them! All of the kids played in the backyard all weekend long and had so much fun. Between the nature hikes and enjoying the views from the backyard... The kids were exhausted. :) At night we all were able to enjoy the views with a glass of wine or sit in the hot tub! Thank you for the most amazing experience and will definitely rent again.
