With hotel-style amenities and regular cleaning, you’ll get the benefits of hotel luxuries with the space of a family apartment - choose from 1, 2 or 3-bedroom properties, each with a fully-equipped kitchen and living space.
Why Kids Love it
This is a great spot for families who want to explore London, with all the sights in easy reach and a quiet, safe street for a good night’s sleep. Both the Disney Store and Hamleys toy store are less than 15 minutes’ walk, and kids will love days spent at nearby Regents Park. Also nearby is Hyde Park (25 minutes’ walk or 10 minutes’ drive) where you’ll find fantastic playgrounds, horse-riding and open water swimming on the Serpentine) as well as Kings Cross St Pancras Station where kids can visit the very special Platform 9 ¾ (15 minutes by subway).

About the Location
The apartments are located in Marylebone, London. It’s just 10 minutes’ walk to Oxford Circus or Bond Street, with Marylebone Village just a few streets away for independent boutiques, upscale eateries and weekend food markets. The busy streets of Soho are also within walking distance (around 15 minutes’ walk) and it’s an easy stroll to visit Regents Park (for London Zoo, an open air theater or summer boating on the lake) or the nearby Wallace Collection art gallery. The nearest subway stations are Goodge St (10 minutes’ walk), Regents Park or Oxford Circus (both 10-15 minutes’ walk).

Apartment 1: Located on the lower ground floor, centred around a spacious, planted courtyard. There is a kitchen/ living area and each of the 3 kingsize bedrooms are fitted with floor to ceiling doors that open out onto the courtyard. The primary bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Sleeps 6 + 1. Apartment 2: Also located on the ground floor, it has an open plan kitchen, living area with views out over a planted courtyard, kingsize bedroom and bathroom with shower-over-bath. Sleeps 2 + 1. Apartment 3: Located on the first floor, this 3-bedroom apartment has a luxurious living area, kitchen and family bathroom with shower-over-bath. Each bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the primary room has an ensuite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. It sleeps 6 + 1. Apartment 4: Located on the second floor, this is one of two Grade II Listed apartments. There is 1 kingsize bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It sleeps 2 + 1. Apartment 5: Situated over the second floor and third floors, this apartment is one of two Grade II Listed apartments, with plenty of period features. There is a primary kingsize bedroom and a second bedroom with a double sofabed and ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. It sleeps 4 + 1. Apartment 6: Located on the second floor, this is the largest 1-bedroom apartment. There is an open plan living area which opens up onto a planted, decked balcony with views over the mews, as well as kingsize bedroom and bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. It sleeps 2 + 1. Apartment 7: Located on the ground floor, this apartment has its own private entrance. There is a kitchen/living area, a kingsize bedroom and a bathroom with a shower-over-bath. It sleeps 2 + 1.
Style Notes
Industrial and historic. The main building has an architect-designed core, using contemporary materials such as poured concrete walls and exposed brick walls. These modern apartments (apartments 1-5) have dark sophisticated kitchens and an easy open play layout. Apartments 5, are linked to the main building but are located in a Grade II listed traditional mews building, with quirky little fireplaces, original windows and split level stairs. We love the unique curved couches in the living rooms, the pretty courtyard garden in apartment 1 and the seamless integrated wooden windows.
