Why Kids Love it

There is plenty of space for kids in the suites, which all have a living room and kitchen, and there are optional rollaway beds for an extra fee. The location is fantastic - while it is in the heart of the city, close to major stores (Selfridges, Liberty and Hamleys included), it is also close to the West End for family theater and musicals, and a short hop on the Tube or an Uber/taxi to Hyde Park, the Diana Memorial Playground and Kensington Gardens. Cribs and high chairs are all available for guests at no extra charge. There are puzzles and games at reception for children to use as well as a DVD library of children's movies and DVD players to borrow. TVs have some children’s channels including CBeebies and Nickeloedeon.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 1 night. Rates are indicative and start at £250 per night - please request a quote at time of booking. Note that there is no elevator; some apartments are over 2 levels and do not have stair gates. Children should be supervised on the balconies where appropriate. As this is an older property with stairs to the apartments, no elevator as well as balconies, internal staircases and antiques in some apartments, guests should enquire about any needs for their children at the point of booking to help get the best suite. Rollaway beds for the larger suites are available for an extra charge. The apartments benefit from a 24-hour concierge that can help arrange pre-arrival grocery shopping. The team can help carry luggage to your room on arrival. During your stay, the concierge can arrange restaurant delivery, theatre tickets, taxis, dry cleaning, and much more. Additional services include daily housekeeping, in room spa treatments, complimentary access to a local fitness center and a welcome tray with l'artisan du chocolat treats.

About the Location

Set in the heart of London, behind Bond Street among London’s most exclusive addresses, the property is in a well connected neighborhood steps from upmarket stores and restaurants, yet is quiet and tranquil. All guests receive an area guide to help them navigate and enjoy the local neighborhood. Car rental is not recommended or essential - there are easy public transit routes right out the door, plus plenty within walking distance and Uber and taxis to take you everywhere in the city. Local attractions within a 10-minute walk include Regent Street, Buckingham Palace, Green Park, Chinatown and Soho. Heathrow Airport is just under an hour away by car/taxi; Gatwick is a 1.5 hour drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged. The nearest tube stations are Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Piccadilly Circus. The is no car park but there is on street (paid) parking and there are car parks nearby. All rooms have high speed WiFi, LED smart TVs with Sky channels including Sky Sports, telephones, personal safes, air conditioning and a fully-fitted kitchen with Neff appliances and Nespresso coffee machines. The 1-bed executive suite measures 27 sqm and sleeps up to 2 adults. It has a living area with workspace and dining table, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with rainforest shower.
The 1-bed superior suite measures 28 sqm and sleeps up to 2 adults. It has a living area with workspace and dining table, open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with rainforest shower and bath.
The 1-bed deluxe suite measures 45 sqm and sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child. It has a living area with workspace, dining table and working fireplace, a galley-style kitchen, separate guest WC and decked balcony. The bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom with rainforest shower and bath.
The 2-bed mezzanine loft suite measures 56 sqm and sleeps up to 2 adults and 3 children. It is on the top floor and includes a mezzanine level master bedroom with kingsize bed, plus a main floor with living space, decked balcony, dining area, modern kitchen, second bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom with bathtub and rainforest shower.
The 2-bed terrace loft suite measures 56 sqm and sleeps up to 2 adults and 3 children. It is on the top floor and includes a terrace, living room with workspace and dining table, spacious kitchen, and 2 bedrooms each with a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a tub and rainforest shower.
The 3-bed Bartlett suite measures 79 sqm and is on the first floor; it sleeps up to 2 adults and 5 children. It includes 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, 2 terraces, a living area with dining table, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds, and 1 bedroom with a double bed.

Style Notes

Luxury London. All of the suites are decorated with natural materials and neutral colors and include luxury bedlinen, linen kimonos and faux sable throws. Beds are made up with Hypnos Balmoral mattresses and aromatherapy oils, scented candles and Ren skincare products make the apartments smell sensational. Yoga mats offer a chance to relax and stretch. Walls are decorated with black and white prints of 1950s/60s Soho and Phaidon art books offer inspirational images to browse. We love the leafy planted terraces, the smart work spaces and the beautiful design touches, including Tom Dixon lamps and sleek coffee tables.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
