Why Kids Love it

Kids can take a dip in the rooftop swimming pool (or test out the waters in nearby South Beach). The larger apartments have plenty of space for kids to hang out and play, and the kitchenettes are handy for keeping snacks and milk for little ones, and can be restocked at the Trader Joe's just downstairs. There’s a children’s playground just 5 minutes away on foot, and it’s around 10 minutes’ drive to several top attractions for children, including The Miami Children's Museum, The Miami Beach Botanical Gardens and Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

From the beautiful people sunning themselves on Miami’s beaches to the swish of Art Deco buildings, Miami Beach is a real stunner. It’s no wonder so many families vacation here - it’s a balmy place to visit and easy with children in tow. Kids will particularly love the free-range animals at the MetroZoo, the alligators in the Everglades and the dolphins, parrots and monkeys in other stellar wildlife parks, not to mention the world-class rollercoasters and theme parks all within easy reach of the city. Jungle Island Zoo, on Watson Island nearby, even has a giant lizard called Godzilla.
