Why Kids Love it

While there aren’t any toys or books for little kids here, they can still enjoy the pool downstairs and have fun in this family-friendly neighborhood. It’s close to the best restaurants, local coffee shops, organic grocery stores and family street markets on weekends. The area is highly walkable, with Southside Park just 10 minutes away on foot, and The Underline park just 10-15 minutes. Miami Seaquarium and Virginia Beach Park are just 10 minutes’ drive (on Virginia Key).

Things to Know

There is a one time $50 application fee per stay which covers access to all amenities (pool, gym, lounge) and 1 parking spot in the garage. Check-in is any time after 4pm; check-out is anytime before 11am. Pool towels, toiletries and indoor towels are provided. The building has a 24-hour front desk. There is no Mailbox key access, however you can order packages to be held at the front desk. Pets are welcome on request for an additional fee of $150 per pet, regardless of size (maximum of 25lbs). No smoking and no loud noise after 9pm to respect the neighbors. All guests must be registered with the host.

About the Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Brickell, downtown Miami. Brickell’s walkable street grid system features the Brickell City Centre, which is a $1B+ green project that includes high-end shopping, restaurants, hotels, and tech start-ups. Brickell City Centre, when finished, will span up to five blocks to west and south Brickell. South of Brickell City Centre you will find Mary Brickell Village which is another great outdoor shopping plaza with an assortment of restaurants and boutiques. East Brickell boasts stunning Biscayne Bay views and on Brickell Key you will find beautiful shoreline pathways with avid runners. Miami airport is just half an hour away by car.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully-equipped kitchens comes with everything you’d need to make family meals, including a coffee machine, pots, pans and an island with seating for 4. The primary bedroom features a kingsize bed, closet, TV and access to the bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 queensize beds, closet, TV, bathroom access and a private door to the balcony. The living area also has a double sofabed for 2 extra guests, as well as a work desk, dining area and TV. Both bathrooms have bathtubs. Outside there is a BBQ and seating area for spending the afternoon grilling outdoors. The apartment also comes with an iron, ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi and Smart TVs for your streaming apps.

High-rise views. This 32nd floor contemporary apartment makes the most of the beautiful coastal views, with a simple neutral color scheme and large windows to let in lots of natural light. The hosts have added pops of color in the textiles and furnishings - we love the red primary bed frame, the botanical print wallpaper in the bathroom and the mid-century furniture in the living room.
