This residence is located south of Miami, bordering the University of Miami's main campus and the cities of Coral Gables and Pinecrest. The area is known for its leafy residential neighborhoods, parks and vibrant downtown filled with historic buildings, restaurants and unique shops. The town center is a popular shopping, dining and entertainment venue with bustling sidewalks. Downtown South Miami (under 10 minutes’ drive) has plenty of family friendly restaurants, independent stores, a movie theater and outdoor mall. The closest train station is Dadeland North (5 minutes’ drive) and Miami international airport is 20 minutes’ drive.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all set over 1 floor. The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need for family meals. This leads to the first living area, with a large sectional and TV. The second sunken living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a hanging swing chair and picture windows to the garden. The primary bedroom features a kingsize bed, walk-in closet, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms both feature a double bed and a closet each. The final bedroom is located on the other wing of the house, featuring a kingsize bed and ample closet space.
