This stunning family villa with a private pool is set on a hillside in the quiet south of Mykonos, offering total privacy to get away from it all. It sleeps 18. It’s a heavenly retreat for a family or 2, with a main villa plus 3 separate guest studios. As a quintessential Greek retreat, it is surrounded by Mediterranean herbs and rocky hills, with a choice of 2-level sitting areas and 1 distinct dining/lounge pergola-shaded area, paired with a stone-sculpted dining table and a traditional wood fire BBQ, to create the perfect entertaining area. Relax in the shaded pergola, play in the pool or book private yoga classes or shiatsu massages to make it the most relaxing family break yet.

Why Kids Love it

Children will love sharing the colorful 4-bed bunk room, and enjoy spending their days splashing in the lagoon-like infinity swimming pool (40 sqm). With supervision, they can also join you in the 8-person jacuzzi pool. One of the biggest draws for this area is the beautiful beaches - a short stroll away and filled with soft sand, calm blue waters and a few relaxed beach bars so you can spend the whole day on the sands. Things to Know

Minimum stay: XX nights. Safety notes: there are some drops around the villa, an unfenced pool and an unfenced pond - parents with small children will need to supervise at all times. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Ask the hosts about extra services which can be booked, including an in-house chef, babysitting, shiatsu massage and boat hire. They offer a private concierge service 7 days a week, including arranging airport meet-and-greet, baggage assistance and guidance around the villas. Housekeeping staff can arrange cleaning and maintenance at your convenience (4 hours per day, 7 days per week). Linen is changed twice weekly; towels are changed every day. The villa comes with an LCD TV, Satellite, DVD-CD players and WiFi internet. There is parking on site for 8 cars - car rental is recommended.

About the Location

The villa faces south in a privileged, wind-sheltered location above the marvelous golden sand Agrari Beach, with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Although located just 10 minutes by car from town, the property is very tranquil, private and surrounded by stunning scenery. Agrari Beach, with its intimate charm and crystal clear waters, is just a quick 10-minute walk downhill. It’s 15 minutes from Mykonos Airport and 15-20 minutes from Mykonos Port by car or taxi.

Accommodation Details

The property has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total. Main Villa: A primary bedroom boasts a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4) and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2 (which has a double bed). The main villa sleeps 8 in total. Guest studios: sleep up to 10 guests in total. Guest room 1: a double bed plus a single bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest room 2: 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Guest room 3: a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest room 4: a double bed plus a single bed, with an ensuite bathroom. All double beds measure 1.6 x 2m. All single beds measure 90cm x 2m. There is a separate maids room on site.

Style Notes

Grecian beach house. Set over 5000 sqm of land, The villa's charming interiors have been designed in light blue, white and ochre, with a ‘beachy’ style combining traditional elements of Cycladic architecture with provincial selected details. The outdoor spaces are framed by rocky hills and Mediterranean herbs, while the elegant infinity pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with stylish outdoor furniture. We love the rustic bookcase in the living room, the relaxed all-white kitchen and the striking exposed stone walls in some of the bathrooms.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Check-out time is before 10am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance. BEHAVIOUR & DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY The client is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to us and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. ENTERTAINING AT THE PROPERTY Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by us in advance. GUEST INJURY DISCLAIMER We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to you and your guests during your stay at the property under any circumstances. PETS Pets are generally not accepted in our properties. If you want to bring your pet with you, please check with us first. If accepted, you will be asked for an additional security deposit. CLEANING & MAID SERVICE The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. However, guests should leave the property clean and in order at the time of their departure. If the property is not left in acceptable conditions the sum of 100 euro will be deducted from the security deposit. EXTRA DAILY MAID SERVICE We provide four hours daily maid service, including change of bed linen twice weekly and bath towels every day. Should you require extra maid service, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service. COOK SERVICE We do not provide cook service. Should you require a private cook or a caterer, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service. WATER AND ELECTRICITY Water in Mykonos is a commodity to be used sparingly during the summer months. If you experience a shortage of water, we will do everything we can in time to reestablish its supply. Electricity can also be disrupted, normally for a short period of time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond our control. INTERNET SERVICE We provide Internet WiFi but we cannot guarantee we will be able to re-establish the connection in case of a technical problem beyond our control, such as a faulty line from the local telephone company. VALUABLES Valuables left at the property are at the clients' risks. We are not responsible for their loss or misplacement.
