Why Kids Love it

The villa has a playroom with toys and there are inflatables to splash around in the pools too. The hot tub has kids’ access and shallow steps lead into the pools with temperature adjustable to their needs. Kids of all ages will enjoy snuggling up in the cinema room to watch their favorite movies – the villa has Netflix and Disney + accounts. The size and space of the villas mean that there’s room for the kids to play without disturbing the parents and its quiet at night for undisturbed sleep. You’ll be close to several fabulous beaches including Ornos, Psarou, and Paragka with white sand and warm waters.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 nights. In low season only the West and East villas can be rented separately – each has its own pool and entrance. The floorplan in both villas includes 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The West villa also houses 2 staff rooms. The area around the pools has anti-slip paint so it’s safe for kids to run and play. The grounds are enclosed with secure gates. Included: daily housekeeping and in-house support, plus welcome refreshments. On request are payable locally: chef, waiters, driver and night security guard. Cribs for babies / toddlers can be provided on request and bikes may be rented.

About the Location

The location is in Kanalia Ornos area on the southwest tip of the Greek island of Mykonos. With views of the port and the town, it’s in a quiet and peaceful spot but a short drive from Mykonos Town (15 mins) with its boutique shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful beaches are easily accessible under 30 minutes (Ornos is 5 minutes by car) and the closest beach is just 700 meters away. Mykonos is a family-friendly destination with kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, shipwreck scuba diving, fishing, island hopping on a catamaran and much more to discover. Mykonos International Airport is just a 10-minute drive to the villa.

Accommodation Details

This villa has 10 queensize bedrooms and 13 bathrooms arranged over 2 villas: the East villa and the West villa. All bedrooms are ensuite and some all come with a walk-in dressing room, balcony and sea view. You’ll also find seating and dining areas, 2 luxurious living room, 2 modern kitchens, 2 heated private pools, a kids playroom, fully equipped gym, outdoor hot tub and cinema room. There are 2 BBQ areas with 2 large outdoor tables plus private parking.

Local materials of chestnut wood, stone and white stucco walls give a classic feel with a high spec interior. Bedrooms and bathrooms are minimalistic with high quality linens and natural textures. Living spaces are grey and white, creating a relaxed vibe and maximizing the views of the blue Mediterranean Sea and sky from the windows. We love the stunning pools, perfect for sunbathing in style; the fully equipped gym, and the impressive statement statue by Greek sculptor Costas Varotsou.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
