Why Kids Love it
Kids will love the cool bunk room (ideal for sharing with siblings, cousins or friends) and having your own pool is always great entertainment! For parents with babies or toddlers, a high chair and travel crib are available on request. The nearby beaches are sandy and safe - check out Delnor Wiggins State Park for snorkeling in the reef, hiking and bird-watching, or visit Lowdermilk Beach, where there’s a playground, volleyball court and duck pond. If they ever tire of the pool and beach, you can visit The Naples Zoo, The Naples Train Museum, The Golisano Children’s Museum and Sun-n-Fun Lagoon water park (all within a 15-minute drive) or head down to Florida Everglades National Park (around 1 hour away).
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 2 nights. Safety notes: guests will be provided with a check-in code on the morning of their reservation. This code will be programmed to the home's front door, and will be active throughout your stay. The code to the garage will also be provided. There are 3 outdoor security cameras: doorbell, driveway-facing, and pool-facing. These cameras are installed for the security of the property and for guests. Sorry, no pets and no smoking (including vaping or e-cigarettes) inside or outside the house. House rules: please leave outdoor shoes by the door, no candles or open flames, keep furniture where it is on arrival. Violation of house rules will result in a $1000 fine each time.
About the Location
The residence is located in the Naples Park neighborhood, to the north of Naples in Florida. Navigating Florida's gulf coast is easy due to the close proximity to the highway. You can access beaches in any direction, with Vanderbilt being the closest (less than 10 minutes’ drive), and there are beautiful nature reserves and wildlife all around. The property is within walking distance of the vibrant Mercato shopping district, Whole Foods Market and the Waterside Shops. It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Naples, where there is a regional airport. Fort Lauderdale airport is 1.5 hours away; Miami is just over 2 hours’ drive. Car hire is recommended, however ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available.
Accommodation Details
This residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all set over 1 level. On the main level, the first room to the left is an office, equipped with doors for guests who need some privacy, as well as a pull-out full-size sofabed. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find a deluxe suite, complete with a kingsize bed, 55" smart TV and private access to a full bathroom with a shower-over-bathtub. This bathroom also has an access door from the hallway. On this level there are 2 more bedrooms: a bunk room containing 2 twin bunks and 1 single trundle bed. Across the hallway, there’s another guest bedroom with a kingsize bed and 55" smart TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen/living/dining area has an open floor plan, with a dining table seating 10 and a kitchen island seating 4, as well as a 65" inch Samsung Frame TV in the living space. The primary kingsize bedroom is next to the dining area, as is a full bathroom with a large bathtub and walk-in shower, equipped with 6 modes, 4 spouts, a digital timer, and a digital thermostat.

Contemporary beach house. This stunning home is decorated in muted neutral tones of white, gray and beige, studded with dramatic black furniture, to create a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. Natural wood materials and wicker textures add to the laid-back look, while the all-white kitchen looks invitingly clean and fresh, finished with stainless steel appliances. We love the sleek marble kitchen floor, the woven kitchen bar stools and the modern four-poster beds.
