Why Kids Love it
The beach is the biggest attraction here, with miles of soft sand on the coveted Gulf coast. There are numerous beaches just minutes from this house, where kids can spend full days in the clear waters, trying some water sports or building sandcastles. Onsite, guests have access to a private pool and a tennis court within the neighborhood complex. Nearby there's tons to explore with the kids, including a water park and children's museums. For family days out, take a ride to the Everglades for a day immersed in nature and spectacular wildlife.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 120 days. Bookings are subject to a background check and approval from the community’s HOA. Pets are not permitted. Safety notes: there is an open pond (not suitable for swimming) at the back of the garden behind the house so young children should be supervised at all times when outside. Stair gates are available for families traveling with young children. The private pool is a short walk through the neighborhood, with a few parking spots if you'd prefer to drive. The house comes with air conditioning, dishwasher, high chair, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi and many other amenities.
About the Location
This residence is located in a quiet community, with a country club and golf club, less than 10 minutes’ drive from the beaches at Clam Pass and Pelican Bay. There are plenty of family-friendly attractions here, including: The Naples Zoo, The Naples Train Museum, The Golisano Children’s Museum and Sun-n-Fun Lagoon water park (all within a 15-minute drive). Naples is known for its offerings of great coastal cuisine as well as art galleries and higher end shops - there are lots of world-class restaurants just minutes away. For a day trip head down to Florida Everglades National Park (around 1 hour away). It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Naples, where there is a regional airport. Fort Lauderdale airport is 1.5 hours away; Miami is just over 2 hours’ drive. Car hire is recommended but there is also ample access to ride sharing apps such as Lyft or Uber.
Accommodation Details
The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. Larger groups can congregate within one of the spacious living areas, complete with plentiful windows, abundant sofas and big screen Smart TVs. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen with island seating, leading to a cozy living area, a dining area and a utility room. The professional chef's kitchen is the perfect space to create unforgettable meals and comes outfitted with high-end Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Mercury appliances. There is a second living room with a bar and mini fridge for cozy movie nights. Also on this floor is a guest room with a kingsize bed and bathroom, a half bathroom and doors leading directly out to the garden. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms: a kids room with bunk beds (full on top and full on bottom, it also has a twin size trundle bed) and 3 kingsize rooms. The hosts also have 1 travel crib available. One of the bathrooms has a large bathtub, and the other bathrooms all have walk-in showers. There’s also an outdoor covered dining area and a study available for parents who need to work during their stay.

Contemporary beach house. This beautiful, modern home is filled with light, complemented by chic neutral interiors and laid-back styling. The hosts have used contemporary and sophisticated design throughout the property, creating a thoughtfully-designed space which is inviting and beautiful. Rustic wood textures are blended with coastal artwork and beachy blue and white hues. We love the luxurious marble finishes in the kitchen, the cozy window seat in the hallway and the unique A-frame ceiling in the bathroom.
