The property is designed with families in mind, with a twin kids room and a separate single room that’s ideal for another sibling, grandparent or nanny/au pair. Built in the middle of an olive grove, the villa is blessed with timeless views over the peaceful hills and the sparkling sea beyond. Spend your days by the pool, down at the beach or exploring the picturesque ancient villages that adorn this historic part of Sicily.

Why Kids Love it

Children of all ages will love the large pool with its 3 different levels of depth suited to a newborn, a small child or teenagers and adults. There is a baby crib, high chair and other essentials for babies and toddlers, plus plenty of toys and games for the whole family. Kids can play out on the spacious green lawn and even pick from the various fruit trees, which change with the seasons.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 nights. Safety notes: there is a roof terrace with a gate that is accessed via external staircase. Parents with small children are advised to supervise them around the pool as there are no pool gates. Car rental is essential in this area and is ample space for parking outside.

About the Location

The villa is only 10 minutes from the center of Noto in southern Sicily, known for its baroque architecture. It’s close to many beautiful beaches in Vendicari, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo and beyond. There is an organic farm just 5 minutes away on foot, as well as plenty of other shops and supermarkets in Noto center or Rosolini. Mount Etna is around 2-3 hours away by car. Sicily’s airport is roughly 1 hour, 15 minutes’ drive; the capital, Palermo, is around 4-5 hours away.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set on 1 floor. You’ll find an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, as well as a beautiful outdoor patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining table. A separate study makes it ideal for working remotely. The primary bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room; the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 1 single bed. Style Notes

Minimalist and modern. The villa is sleek and neutral throughout, with double aspect floor to ceiling windows which allow the house to remain cool even in the hot summer months (plus air conditioning throughout). From the front terrace you can watch the beautiful sunrise over the sea and the green surroundings frame the picturesque exterior to perfection. We love the exposed old stone walls, the botanical-inspired artwork and the patterned tiles in the kitchen.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
