Why Kids Love it
Along with the pool, toys and a Playstation 4 are provided. The hosts offer new toys, kid-friendly plates and mugs and towels on a regular basis. The beach is very close for swimming and you can swim directly from the property in a small enclosed sea pool. Nearby beaches might be stone, sand or pebble, and there are watersports and beach volleyball on offer. Beyond Novigrad, the Aquapark Istralandia is a 5-minute drive away. The old town is fun to wander through and there is a maritime museum.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 3 days. The residence is safe and quiet at night. There are some child safety considerations: stairs are ungated, there is a sauna and an indoor pool. One bedroom has a door leading outside. Smoking is permitted. No crib provided. No pets allowed. TV and WiFi provided. Car rental is recommended and there is free off-street parking. Novigrad is 20km from the Slovenian and Italian borders and is accessible by rail, 1 hour 5 minutes to Trieste Centrale railway station by car or taxi, as well as air. It is 1 hour to Pula Airport and 1 hour 25 minutes to Trieste-Friuli Venezia Giulia Airport by car or taxi, and 1 hour 40 minutes to Ljubljana, Slovenia and 2 hours 35 minutes to Venice, Italy.
This ocean-front residence has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The ground floor has a spa area, pool, guest toilet and sauna with a view of the sea, plus 2 bedrooms. The main floor has a large living area that extends to the terrace with a sea view. It also has 2 additional bedrooms, kitchen, and a guest toilet. There is a large sun terrace, and the entire roof serves as a place to relax and sunbath with an overview of the sea and old town of Novigrad. All bedrooms have a kingsize bed that can be made up as 2 twin beds, and ensuite bathrooms. An additional bed can be added to each bedroom to sleep a child.
