There are 2 office spaces to work from home or set the kids up with a project, a gourmet kitchen with a huge center island and a lovely outdoor patio dining area.
Why Kids Love it
We love the shared children’s room with its contemporary bunk bed, large collection of books and toys, and art table beneath a drape of colorful bunting. After a day of exploring the neighborhood and playing at the nearby park, cozy up together in the living room and watch a favorite family movie together. Plenty of extra informal seating and bean bag chairs provide flexibility and comfort to relax and reconnect. Dover Street Park and Tilden Park, which includes a carousel, train, and little farm, are nearby. The Ramen Shop at 5812 College Avenue offers kid-friendly fare.

Oakland, San Francisco & Bay Area
Culture, countryside and a cute 50's theme park
San Francisco’s biggest port and the third largest city in the Bay Area, Oakland is big and diverse. Spend a calming morning down at Lake Merritt, boating, feeding ducks or walking around the water, then get hands on at the Chabot Space and Science Center in the afternoon. Take a nature trek in the hills, then return to the city center for people watching, coffee and shopping in Jack London Square. Visit Children’s Fairyland with your tots, a theme park dating to the 1950s, or use the city as a base to explore the wider area, from the beautiful countryside of rural California to the sightseeing spots of San Francisco.
