Hi there! We are 2 carpenters, born and raised in Amsterdam and still love living here. Now we enjoy the city and especially this cosy neighborhood with our 3 year old adorable and curious little girl. We hope you will enjoy our home and everything Amsterdam has to offer as much as we do!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous apartment and our lovely host, Ana. We were welcomed into her beautiful space with fresh flowers tucked around the house, homemade granola and cookies, and all of the amenities you could hope for. The space is light and bright and airy, and the child's room is filled with awesome toys that kept my son entertained for hours. The garden is lovely, and the location is amazing- near so many great things for adults and kids alike, connected to everything easily by tram or walking, yet not in the thick of tourist central (although it is only a 10 minute walk to get there). We were here for three weeks, and felt so lucky that we had chosen such a perfect apartment. Ana is super responsive and very helpful. I totally recommend this beautiful home!

We are extremely pleased with our stay in Amsterdam. The house was exactly as described. Ana was accommodating in every way. She made several suggestions for restaurants to accommodate my food allergies. The location was perfect to experience The Netherlands as a local.

Our family of three loved Ana's place. She was an amazing host and helped us with anything and everything we needed. The apartment set up is great. Very open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The patio was great for our morning breakfasts or occasional dinners in. The child's room has both a crib and a twin sized bed as well as a dresser, but wasn't crowded at all. Ana was kind enough to leave all the amenities we would need. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook your own meals. The location is on a fairly quiet residential street and a 2 minute walk to the local farmers market. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of three stayed at Ana's home in March, and it was the perfect place for us to explore the city. Our daughter loved all of the toys at the apartment! We loved the market at the end of the street and the proximity to Foodhallen. We would definitely look to stay again the next time we come to Amsterdam!

Oud-West, Amsterdam

Handsome houses and street markets

This area of the city is 10-minutes to the east of downtown and is known for its handsome houses, busy shopping streets and street markets. It's close to the Vondelpark and is a great place for a family, with good restaurants and terraces for people-watching. It's also known for having the highest concentration of coffee bars in the city.
