We stayed here for 4 weeks with our 2 kids (1.5 and 3.5yrs old) and it's been amazing. The house is huge and had enough room for us, the kids and a babysitter. The kids loved all the new toys they could play with, and we loved the space and coziness. The neighborhood is great, very close to the park and quite easy to commute into the city.

Just the most beautiful, well equipped and lovely house! Lisa was incredibly kind and gracious, particularly given the trying circumstances of the omicron surge over Christmas. She provided amazing information for us and was in good communication with us the entire time. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! Lisa's home is filled with love, and she was incredibly generous and communicative, truly making us feel at home there. The location was perfect: close to parks & playgrounds and places to eat (Lisa provided a toddler-tailored neighborhood guide!). The patio and garden were truly a treat: it's so rare to have your own outdoor space in NYC! The home and decor are beautiful, and our daughter loved the playroom. We enjoyed having many different comfy and beautiful spaces, each with their own vibe, to be able to spend time in throughout our stay. The only downside of our stay was that a gas repair meant no stove or dryer, but Lisa tried hard to set us up with easy alternatives. Also, we were traveling with guests who have mobility issues, so the lack of bathroom on the 1st floor was a bit of a challenge (that we hadn't anticipated) and might be worth keeping in mind if that's relevant for your group. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it to other families with little ones.
