Style Notes

Historic beauty. This brownstone has been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Design features include the grand original staircase, wood paneling, ornate fireplaces and a claw-foot bath. The furnishing and décor is mid-century modern with dark denim blue walls, geo fluffy rugs and a colorful egg chairs. We love the wooden floors and wood fireplace surrounds, the huge windows and the large open plan space that says ‘family party’ all over it.
