Dreamy California style. This 1906 newly restored craftsman house shows its heritage with wood flooring and wood beams throughout. Inside is a riot of complimentary colors with yellow, blue and green mixing in the sunlight. Furniture edges towards mid-century modern with lovely 60s sideboards and low-slung coffee tables. The large, bright kitchen has a view of the backyard and a fabulous play kitchen to keep little ones happy. We love the social spaces here with plenty of room for dinner parties and gatherings; the gentlemanly style of the billiards room where you could happily lose an evening, and the wonderful outside space with so much to keep kids happy while parents can relax and swim.
