This luxury penthouse of a boutique building on Bang Tao beach in Phuket has incredible views of the Andaman sea, palm-fringed beaches and fishing boats, and sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms. An additional 2 cribs that can be added by arrangement. It’s a contemporary space with a large living area with floor to ceiling windows, sofas, a dining area and modern kitchen and has a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the beach. The residence is part of brand new boutique resort with two swimming pools, a gym, a restaurant serving international food and seafood, a pool bar and various hotel facilities including room service. Note that while some kids equipment is provided for free, there is a surcharge for some items.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Once a booking is confirmed, payments are non refundable. Our short season limits us . But we do understand that sometimes plans change and so we are happy to offer a rescheduled stay for a date later the same season or for up to the next 3 seasons. Of course these are subjected to rates difference and availabilities. So if a guest books and pays for lets say June 2015 and then needs to change , he can choose any availability we have until end of 2015 or until the end of 2018 . Any monies held will be credited towards this next booking. Please note that a rescheduled stay will be subject to availability and rate change.

Beaches, boats and a golden buddha

What could be better than palm-fringed beaches, boat trips, diving, snorkeling and elephant rides through the jungle? Thailand’s largest island Phuket hugs the southern tip of the country and boasts sprawling white sand beaches, picturesque blue water and plenty of activities. In between building sand castles on the beach with little ones and going snorkeling with your older kiddos, take a boat ride with the whole family in Phang Nga Bay or check out some of the local street festivals. And if you have time for a day trip, drive a few hours to Khao Sok National Park and experience life in the jungle.
