Why Kids Love it

The apartments don't come with toys or books for kids, but they're perfect as a central stay spot so you can explore the city with ease in an area which feels residential and relaxed for families. You can walk to the Saatchi Gallery on Kings Road, or head south over the river to Battersea Park (where there is an amazing adventure playground, Go Ape treetop trail and petting zoo), visit Buckingham Palace or discover the toddler soft play area of the National Army Museum - all of which are less than 20 minutes on foot.

Things to Know

Minimum stay varies across the year. There is no elevator and the building has 3 floors. The apartments are managed by a professional team, 24 hour / 7 Days a week, available on WhatsApp or phone call to help with questions, requests, and to help resolve any issues. There's also a concierge on site 7am to 7pm who can provide a meet and greet service. Ask for additional family essentials such as cribs, baby gates or high chairs if required. Weekly housekeeping and concierge service is included. Airbeds can be added to accommodate an extra family member for a one-off fee of £75 per stay. Rates include towels and bedding, WiFi, housekeeping and in-room laundry facilities. Sorry - no pets.

About the Location

The property is nestled between Belgravia, Chelsea and Victoria in a beautiful, well-heeled part of London. This charming part of Pimlico is known for its upscale interior stores and design shops, as well as its beautiful historic architecture. This picturesque road is peppered with galleries, furniture stores and coffee shops, as well as a farmers market at weekends. Sloane Square tube station is just 7 minutes’ walk and Victoria station (for tube and overground trains) is less than 10 minutes on foot.

Sleek and sophisticated. Each apartment has a subtly different style, but there are stand-out favorites within the building. In one of the 3-bedroom units, you’ll find a minimalist-style 4-poster bed and your own outdoor space. In another, you’ll have views of the picturesque Orange Square through the large sash windows. The bathrooms are finished with neutral tiles, premium fixtures and rainfall showerheads throughout, whilst the kitchens feature sleek, modern appliances.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
