This luxurious four-bedroom apartment in the 1st arrondissement of Paris is two blocks from the Louvre and Palais Royal and sleeps up to 8. The elegant space features floor-to-ceiling windows, antiques and parquet floors. With 3 ensuite bathrooms and 4 bedrooms – 1 of which has a colorful circular bed – it’s a great choice for a large family or a young family traveling with an au pair. Start your mornings in the bright kitchen before heading out for a family stroll to the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum or Palais Royal. Evenings in can be enjoyed in the large living room, with a leather sofa, flat-screen TV and multiple coffee tables for playing cards or doing puzzles with the kids.

Payment policy
Payment is taken as follows: 50% at time of booking and the balance at 60 days before arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, the full payment is due on booking.
Cancellation policy
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a Kid & Coe €150 cancellation fee.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If it’s an emergency we will refund the money in case we’ll be able to replace the rent.
Terms and conditions
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.

INCLUSIVE FEES –maid’s service twice a week is included in the rental amount. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – Additional maids service is available at an additional rate of 12 euro per hour (which you can pay directly to the maid).

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

This classic rive droite neighborhood is dripping with luxury, from its classic buildings to its designer stores and Haussmannian buildings. Doesn’t sound too kid-friendly? Think again: it’s just a block or so north of the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, close to the Seine for bateaux mouches and is very quiet at night.

My family and I loved staying at The Avenue De L'Opera Residence! The location was wonderful and we spent our evenings strolling through the gardens of the Louvre and having picnics while watching the lights from the Eiffel Tower. The flat was spacious and very well kept, it met and exceeded all our needs. Additionally, the owner, Natasha, was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt and helpful in all her replies. We hope to go back to Paris soon and would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is very large and comfortable for a family or extended family. It is extremely well located. Natasha, the host, is accessible and was very responsive and helpful to us. My only caveat is that the apartment has many delicate antiques which may make it a challenge for families with small/unruly children.

Unfortunately Natasha was unable to provide a second cot or any of the two high chairs requested. Also, there were many glass and valuable objects that we had to move in order to make the apartment safe for the two toddlers in the group. We were unable to use the washing machine or the dryer although the maid did come in to wash some clothes for us. However the apartment was spacious and clean and we were able to improvise re the cot and high chairs. Natasha was very approachable and we had a great time overall.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was beautiful and perfect for a large family trip (we had 8 adults and one two-year-old). You can't beat the location, super central and a Metro outside the front door and a Monoprix grocery store right down the street. It's an office building with no other residences so its very quiet. There were some elements of the apartment that made it not entirely family friendly (lots of glasses vases, etc. at floor level) but that was made up for with two giant bean bags, some toys and stuffed animals. The owner Natasha was very easy to reach which was reassuring. The only complaint is that it could have been better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels etc. Overall, it was great!
