Why Kids Love it
While there are no toys or books for little ones here, it’s an easy walk to the neighboring green square and the adjacent Bois de Boulogne park, which has an amusement park with playgrounds, rides and horse-back riding. The park is also home to Grande Voliere zoo, sports courts and a swimming pool.
Things to Know
No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. We kindly ask guests not to adjust with the heating system and to ensure that all windows and doors are safely locked before leaving the apartment. Please note that bicycles are not allowed in the building. There is no longer a television in the principal bedroom, but one can be found in the living room.
About the Location
The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Alexandre-et-René-Parodi Square in the 16th arrondissement. It’s around 15 minutes’ walk to the Arc de Triomphe The nearest subway stations are Neuilly-Porte Maillot (6 minutes’ walk), Argentine (8 minutes’ walk) and Porte Dauphine (10 minutes’ walk). The airport is roughly 30 minutes’ drive or 1.5 hours by train.
Accommodation Details
The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all set on 1 floor. The beautiful living/dining room has 2 sets of French doors leading to the balcony. The separate kitchen boasts a Nespresso machine and an eat-in kitchen, as well as a double door leading to the courtyard. The primary bedroom has a kingsize bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double sofabed.
Style Notes
Sophisticated and ornate. This classic French apartment boasts a whole host of traditional features, including parquet flooring, original doors and built-in bookshelves. We love the historic ceiling coving, the one-of-a-kind armoir in the second bedroom and the contrasting monochrome kitchen.
