It is well set up for a family with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, slow cooker and Vitamix) and a recently upgraded bathroom. A projector and blackout blinds in the living room makes for great family movie nights. The apartment is on one of the rare, flat parts of Potrero Hill making walking into the Mission simple.

Why Kids Love it

Light and bright with plenty of toys and everything they need for arts and crafts. Kids love the playful decor and art in the child’s room, along with the shared pool. The residence is a short walk from several lovely playgrounds, a library, family-friendly restaurants, cafes and cool boutiques in the Mission. A crib, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, an Uppababy Vista stroller and babysitting services are all available on request.

About the Location

The residence is in the Potrero Hill area of San Francisco, a 15-minute ride from SFO, close to BART and steps away to excellent bus transport. It is a few blocks away from one of the prettiest playgrounds (McKinley) and libraries (Potrero Library) in the city. It is also a few blocks away from Wholefoods market and other grocery stores. Style Notes

Sunny and welcoming. This convenient corner unit home is flooded with light by day and perfectly situated to watch the California sun set over Bernal Hill in the evening. We love travel. We travelled a lot before we had our son and we've continued to travel a lot since having him. There is no greater experience, there is no greater teacher than to see the world, the beauty, the scale, the people. I grew up in London and now live in SF. “We travel because distance and difference are the secret tonic of creativity. When we get home, home is still the same. But something inside our minds has changed, and that changes everything.” -Jonah Lehrer

Great access to buses to get into down town. Comfortable walk into the mission district for shopping, eating and coffee. The complex was secure, pool, gym & laundry facilities were an added bonus. It was easy to communicate with Temi and organise what we needed for our stay.

Potrero Hill, San Francisco

Flower-fringed streets and a great city view

Perched on the southeast side of the city with views of the bay and plenty of sunshine, Potrero Hill is a quiet enclave, neighbor to the Mission District, with the nation’s densest collection of O J Simpson murals (he grew up here). Stroll the flower-fringed streets, watch the city emerging from the mist in the early morning and seek out the city’s most crooked street (go south on Vermont Street from McKinley Park).
