Style Notes

Bright and contemporary. This fantastically-located residence is in one of London’s most desirable family-friendly areas and is spacious and quiet. Large scale black and white photography mixes with solid wood floor, high ceilings and a modern white kitchen to create a warm, contemporary space. We love the blackboard wall in the kitchen, the shutters in the kids bedroom to keep the light out, and the fabulous family dining space.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Oppidans Road Residence. The flat is beautifully styled, warm and comfortable. While there, all four of us fell in love with charming Primrose Hill, from the lovely park with a fabulous view of the London skyline, to the many wonderful restaurants, pubs and shops (including a small organic grocery store) all within easy walking distance of the flat. We found the location to be perfect and would love to live here. We used the Chalk Farm station (a short walk away) to explore London in every direction. Our two sons enjoyed sharing the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Sophie was a lovely host and very responsive. We were met upon arrival and given some helpful provisions for the morning as we arrived rather late in the evening. We would definitely stay again!

Primrose Hill, London

Cupcakes, celebrities and skyline views

This fashionable area has cupcake bakeries, patisseries and plenty for yummy mummies to do; it’s very convenient for Oxford Street too. Known for its bohemian past, it attracts actors, writers and creative types and their broods. Primrose Hill itself is a great spot for a picnic, walk or city views.
