Perks for the Parents

This fun Primrose Hill townhouse has a large garden for outdoor games and central London is just a 15-minute train ride away. It sleeps up to 10 (8 adults max). The open plan layout of the huge downstairs makes family living a breeze with multiple comfortable hang out spaces. The kitchen has a glass wall to the garden that lets the natural light flood in. Parents who like to work out will appreciate the gym equipment that can be set up on request.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will like the generous private garden that can be accessed from the kitchen’s back doors. It has artificial grass so can be used all year round and there is a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and a rebounder football goal to keep the kids entertained. The nearby Regent’s Park has plenty of playgrounds and the world’s oldest scientific zoo, while Camden Town is great for tweens and teens with music, shops, markets and the canal to explore.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 nights. A meet and greet, luxury toiletries, towels and linen, hotel clean and WiFi are included in your stay. A concierge service is available to organize extras from airport transfers and grocery deliveries to restaurant reservations, private chefs and babysitters. No smoking, pets or parties. Please note: 2 of the beds are small doubles / fulls, suited to 1 adult or 2 children. The TV has Amazon Prime and Netflix. In the summer there are 4 portable electric fans to keep cool, usually set up in the bedrooms for you. The studio at the end of the garden is not available to guests. The property backs onto a railway line – you may hear trains with the windows open in the summer or from the garden.

This residence is located in Primrose Hill, northwest London and within walking distance of Camden Town and its famous market, which sells everything from artwork to fashion, and the open green space of Regent’s Park. Take a stroll along the picturesque Regents Canal or take in bustling boat life on Camden Locks. Primrose Hill has a relaxed, family-friendly feel with independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Camden Town is the nearest tube station where you can reach central London within 15 minutes direct. Fly into Heathrow (around 50 mins by train or taxi).

Accommodation Details

On the lower ground floor is an entrance hall opening to a dining area with a table seating 8, open plan to a living room and fully equipped kitchen (breakfast bar, induction hob, dishwasher). Down 4 steps from the living room level you’ll find a TV room with 2 large sofas and views of the garden through the bifold doors. Next door is a powder room and a kingsize bed with it own ensuite (large walk-in shower, a bath tub, and a single wash basin and WC). Up a level you’ll find 3 full / double bedrooms: 1 has its own ensuite and the other 2 share a bathroom. A utility room on this floor contains a washer and dryer. On the 1st floor is the 5th bedroom with a standard double / full and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The private garden has a green space with table and chairs, a BBQ and play equipment.

Style Notes

London style. This swish 5-bedroom family pad has plenty of space indoor and out with designer décor and plush furnishings. The kitchen, with white high gloss cabinets and bright red chairs, has an abundance of light from the glass ceiling and the glass doors to the garden. Stairs lead from here into one of the 2 cozy living spaces with deep sofas – a great space to relax after a day’s sightseeing. There are plenty of desks if you need to work while you're away too. We love the fun kids’ rooms with cosmic wallpaper and fairy lights, the large, practical spaces and the homely vibe.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total.
