We had an excellent stay! Great quiet location, and steps away from restaurants and shops on Main st. Such warm inviting home with plenty of great toys and books for my 4 year old. We loved the outdoor space to relax in after our son’s bedtime. Thank you again for an excellent stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the 24th Avenue Residence! The house is clean, inviting, and very welcoming. Alisa was a terrific host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The house is very kid friendly (although please note there are stairs) and our 5.5- and 15m-old children had a great time playing with the toys in the playroom and in the backyard. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped. The house is also in an excellent location - there are plenty of restaurants and shops a block away, and several terrific parks within walking distance. We rented a car, but you could probably easily do without one as public transport is also a block away. If you are considering a stay in Vancouver, our family highly recommends this home!

Riley Park , Vancouver

Parks, recreation and a farmers' market

This popular EastVan neighborhood is great for families and set around the 2-hectare Queen Elizabeth Park. Bring your game - this area has plenty for active families, including an ice rink and aquatic center in Hillcrest Community Center, near the Nat Bailey Stadium, home to the Vancouver Canadians baseball team. The Vancouver Olympic/Paralympic center is in Riley Park too. Don't miss shopping along Main Street and Cambie Street for everything from vintage to vegan ice cream, and the year-round Saturday farmers' market.
