Outside of the kids club, they can also try ziplining, horseback riding, surfing, SUP, snorkeling, biking, archery and more. For teens, they have a dedicated One Tribe club, with all the same outdoor activities as well as pickleball, tennis, cool crafts and design activities, video game tournaments and more. For the whole family, you can visit the infinity pools (at Alma restaurant children can pick a new juice daily, made from home-made syrups, fruits preserved onsite and a bouquet of herbs) and hang out at the Jetty Beach Club and Canalan Beach Club - with shaded areas, sandpits and water sports. The kids menus, children’s spa treatments and activities makes everyone feel welcome and pampered.
Things to Know
There’s a range of relaxed beach clubs and more formal eateries, as well as a beachside treatment center, an adults-only pool, golf club, polo club, food and drink workshops - you name it, they’ve probably got it. Parking service and valet parking is available. Pets are allowed (fees may apply). Children from 2 - 11 years old stay for free in the room rate. Extra person ree: $35.00 plus taxes and service charge. It’s around 1 hour from Puerto Vallarta airport - ask the hotel for help arranging transfers.
About the Location

Grand Villas: Choose from 1 or 2 bedrooms (sleeping 2 to 8), these villas all feature a terrace, private pool, living area, kitchenette and complimentary breakfast, with either ocean or rainforest views.
Villa One: Two storeys, three bedrooms (2 kingsize beds, 2 queensize beds), sleeps 8. You’ll find stylish living spaces set across multiple levels, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the rainforest. Serene bedrooms are on the lower level, while a spacious, open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings, dining room and bar area takes centre stage above. A kitchen behind the dining room can be shut away when socialising, with a handy butler’s pantry. The sleek open-plan kitchen boasts modern appliances and a wine cellar for your exclusive use, with a dedicated chef on hand to cater to your every whim. Also comes with your own private cinema, games room with pool table, spa with sauna and steam room, gym, jacuzzi and infinity swimming pool.
Treehouses: Both wild and glamorous, the eco-designer treehouses boast private terraces and plunge pools, soaring 12-metres above volcanic rocks and trees. Sleeps 3 (1 kingsize and 1 daybed for kids over 10 only).
