Style Notes

Bold and brilliant. This boutique residence occupies a pair of century-old apartment buildings whose interiors have been transformed into a stylish and contemporary boutique hotel. At all sizes they’re colorful and comfortable, with tasteful modern furniture and rain showers, plus up-to-date amenities like Marshall sound systems. Each room has its own distinct, custom designed and created style of furnishing, with striking and unique color combinations and the family rooms, triple rooms and suite occupy the upper and top floors. We love the clever zoning and paneling in the shared bedrooms, the quirky animal-inspired wall art and the glorious greenery-filled rooftop terrace.

Rome, Italy

Gladiators and gelateria

No matter what age your children are, they will love a trip to Rome. Gazing up at the ceiling in the Pantheon, marvelling at Michaelangelo’s masterpiece in the Vatican, putting their hands in the Mouth of Truth and, most of all, working out precisely which is the best gelateria in the city, are the types of adventure they will talk about for years to come. The ancient ruins of the Forum and the Colosseum bring out the inner child in everyone, while trattoria serve up the kind of pasta that even the fussiest eater couldn’t refuse. Whether as a start point to an Italian adventure or a city break on its own, Rome promises a stay to remember.
