Our family of four had an amazing experience staying in Rebecca's home in June! We loved the location, and we felt like we had everything we needed for our visit. It is just steps away from many restaurants and shops. Rebecca was a great host as she was very responsive both leading up to and during our stay.

Rebecca went above and beyond to accommodate us during our trip. She let us drop our luggage off early (and I mean early--7AM!) before the apartment was ready and borrowed a travel crib on our behalf for our 2 year old. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed--a stocked kitchen, laundry, a great shower in the bathroom, even umbrellas for when it rained! The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains were a blessing when it was time to put my kids to bed. The location of the apartment is wonderful. Rue Montorgueil is a pedestrian-friendly street full of wonderful food. Rebecca left us some recommendations for local food and they were all delicious. The metro was very close and convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay at the Leopald Bellan residence. It’s in a great location close to more than one metro station and Rue Montorgueil with its cafes, restaurants and shops which is fun to explore. It’s easy to pop to the local supermarket on this street to pick up some supplies and there are some lovely local bakeries and patisseries on your doorstep. The appartement is stylish but also family friendly (and the beds were comfortable). My son is disabled and has mobility issues so it was very helpful there is a lift you can use to reach the fifth floor. Kid and Coe were very helpful when we were booking and Rebecca was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for the area. Great holiday - we would lovely to come back.

Merci Rebecca!! We were very fortunate to stay in this beautiful typical Parisian apartment with hard wood floor throughout, large court side windows and great street side balcony… located in a lively cool relax neighborhood. Rebecca was really friendly, welcoming and ready to help to make our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely enjoy returning again. Thank you Rebeca!

The location of this charming apartment is superb! Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. Rebecca is really helpful and responds quickly every time we needed her. There are not really many toys or such for smaller kids, though, but with such a location, there is no need to stay inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The apartment is clean and well organized with plenty of space for our family of 4. Rebecca is very responsive and easy to deal with. We especially loved the location. The apartment is on a quiet street but only steps away from lively Rue Montorgueil with many restaurants and food shops to explore. It was a great neighborhood to be based in and also convenient for getting around Paris. Merci, Rebecca!

This place was everything and more. The apartment is a hidden gem, right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood where you can find endless restaurants and shops steps away. Rebecca was also wonderful to deal with and very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself has a great set up, there was lots of room, toys for our girls and all the amenities you could possibly need. I would not hesitate booking this place again and would highly recommend it. Thank you again Rebecca!

In april, we've stayed with our 2 kids from 8 years old at the Léopold Bellan Residence in the beautiful city of Paris. It really was perfect! The location is very good; just a corner away from a nice street to walk around, to eat or do some shoppings. You're also just a 15-20 minutes walk away from the Louvre. We even walked to Notre Dame and Jardin du Luxembourg and our kids didn't complain about the distance, so it was really ok ;-) Metrostation is nearby to where-ever you want to go, so the location is really perfect. The house is very comfortable, clean and we felt very safe in this area. Our kids had lots of new toys to play with in 'their' room and loved being there during the evenings. The host, Rebecca, is very friendly and really helpfull in answering our questions we had before -and during- our trip. It made our trip with our kids to a big city more relaxed. We loved the city and hopefully will be back at the Léopold someday, thank you for a wonderful time!

We loved this apartment and our host was incredibly communicative and gracious. First off, the location is terrific. Very quiet at night and safe for walking around, and easy public transportation options. We loved how easy it was to walk downstairs for our meals and to access the many things we wanted to do in the city. Getting in the unit took us a few minutes, because the door to the lady’s apartment who monitors the lobby and had the key was tucked away out of view, so we didn’t notice it right away. Once we found her, she gave us the key and we got settled very easily. We were there during the worst heat wave the locals could remember, and Rebecca offered to reimburse us for any fans we needed to buy during the trip. She was on vacation herself and wasn’t aware of the heat wave; otherwise, she surely would have left some from what we could gather. We appreciated her communication around that issue very much, because apartments in Paris don’t typically have air conditioning and the heat was brutal. The apartment was adorable with a simple, vintage feel replete with a great CD collection of Madonna, etc. and other fun music, and our kids loved their rooms and games. Our daughter is 11 and very tall, so the bed was not comfortable for her since the hosts’ daughter is younger and lighter, but there was an extra trundle mattresss under the bed that we used instead and that worked well. There are tons of tons of books and toys, and the overall room was very whimsical, which was fun. Our favorite part of the apartment was the terrace. It runs from the kitchen to the master bedroom, so you can sleep with the windows wide open and they are large and airy, which was beautiful. This is a great spot for families. I would just note the need for fans in the summer and that the bed is meant for a younger child in the girl’s room. The master bedroom bed was fine, and we appreciated having the washer and dryer in the unit since we were on leg two of a longer trip.

We had a wonderful time at the Leopold Bellan residance. The location is fantastic, the apartment is on a quiet street around the corner from the bustling rue Montorgueil filled with wonderful restaurants, cafes, patisseries and markets, a food-lover's paradise. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The childrens' rooms were filled with wonderful toys and books, my daughter had so much fun playing in the apartment. The location is wonderful, very close to the metro and a quick walk to Les Halles and the Pompidou center and not much more than a 20 minute walk to the Louvre. We would happily stay again.

We were completely thrilled with our stay at Leopold Bellan. The location was wonderful - right in the heart of a busy and vibrant (and safe) neighborhood but off the main street enough that it was quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We all felt right at home and slept beautifully in the comfortable beds. The owner was readily reachable for any questions and provided some suggestions for where to eat in the neighborhood as well as a very handy Metro pocket map. We will happily stay there again in future visits to Paris.
